Friendly staff, great facilities, cozy outdoor firepit, nice pool/spa! We will definitely stay again! We spent the day at Rocky Mountain National Park and decided to unwind at this Hotel and so glad we did! This may have been the highlight of the trip for the kids!

Great hotel not so great bartenders.

We were very impressed with the hotel. The rooms were clean and cozy. Unfortunately we got stiffed by the bartenders at the bar a couple of times. Getting our change back was like pulling teeth. Count your change! The food was great , the hotel staff was professional. We will definitely be back, but will go elsewhere for drinks.

Awesome spot!!!

Was not expecting it to be as great as it was. Will always stay at the Ridgeline from now on when in Estes. Went to a show at the Stanley for a friend's bday and got noise complaints there so moved our group to my room at the Ridgeline and had no complaints and a great stay even with playing instruments in the room. The rooms that have balconies to the indoor pool do smell like chlorine a little but it's not that bad at all. Great customer service too. I don't normally take time to write reviews but this spot definitely deserved it

Great hotel

A very clean room and the environment is neat and safe. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. I have stayed at the hotel on several occasions and not one issue. Plan to visit in the nearest future.

Could be worse

Good parking. A queue at check in. The number of our room that were were told, and the number of the room written on our key card envelope -we discovered after stepping away from reception -did not match. In any event, finding any room seemed problematic -despite our being given a map of the complex; I think it would have been helpful to have had a member of staff show us to our room. Room was satisfactory. Breakfast choice was adequate. At checkout we were charged a "resort fee". Extras like this are unacceptable; all charges of this nature should be quoted and paid for at the time of booking. Furthermore, this "resort fee" covered use of the swimming pool and gaming room -neither of which we used.
