if you want to sleep, don't get a room next to the fire pits
The fire pits were nice and most nights, we would have been out there enjoying with the company. But this particular night, we were hoping to sleep. The noise from the conversation comes in loud and clear and we were on the fourth floor. Also the hall noise is significant, not a very well insulated building in general. That being said, I would consider staying here again but if your plan is to sleep, ask for a room away from the fire pit wall.
Didn't find the bed very comfortable either.
Also, although there is a restaurant, there is no breakfast available. Finding breakfast in Estes Park at this time of year involves a long restaurant wait. We just decided to leave town without breakfast.

Much more than expected
Last minute trip to Estes with not much available. Tried this place out and we were not disappointed. Staff extremely friendly at check in. Room was very clean and had stress relief bath products which I absolutely love!! Complementary bikes , fire pits, restaurant, bar, indoor pool and hot tub. Only thing I would like to see different is children running around the bar area playing on the pool table. However that reflects on the parents not the hotel. Check this place out, it's worth it

OK minus hotel, great location, terrible WiFi
I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. The hotel itself is only OK. The only great thing is the location - a few min walk from the lake and 10-15 min walk into town. This trip combined work and vacation so I needed the WiFi to work - unfortunately it was weak and intermittent. The front desk just said "this is how it is around here". Other issues - room did not have a desk, only one nightstand for two people, bathroom didn't have enough towel hooks or room for our toiletries, hotel restaurant did not serve breakfast (apparently due to Covid even though they were open for dinner). No cleaning of rooms (also Covid), although they did stop by to offer towels. Also our electronic keys didn't work at least once a day, each time we had to go back to the front desk and ask them to reactivate our key.
Nice aspects were comfy beds, mini fridge and the fire pits outside (smores kit available from front desk). My sister also enjoyed the included bike.
Be aware there is a $15/night "amenities fee" which is supposed to be for the WiFi, pool, etc. Not sure we got our value there.
Overall, if you can find a better place in town, I'd suggest trying it first.
Estes Park itself was great and of course Rocky Mountain National Park is minutes away and fabulous (make sure to get your timed entry tickets in season).

Nice big rooms! Comfy beds! Bathroom could be bigger...was kind of small. Here for our sons wedding. It was the perfect location. Close to downtown and restaurants. The game room was nice and attached bar was perfect for a family party. Also used fire pit and pool. No complaints. Would stay again.

A “boutique “ hotel? Not really..
For the price ($200+/night) I expected more. The on-site restaurant is a combination game room/restaurant with a very casual and limited menu. Mediocre at best with no ambiance. There is no breakfast except a few items for purchase . Coffee in the lobby is available only in the morning. My room however was spacious and the heat/AC runs quietly. Beware the “amenities fee” of $15/day which I consider outrageous. After I objected, they graciously removed it.
