Horrible. Advertises itself as a romantic boutique hotel. I’ve been in better motels. Rooms are terrible. Beds are terrible. Looks like a cheap apartment complex from outside. No cell coverage. Wi-Fi is unusable. It took forever to connect and then the speed was so slow my Speedtest app couldn’t even measure it. Loud banging in the hallway. Shady guests in the hallways. And they charged $299/night. Non-refundable. Thank god we only booked one night. Stay away from this dump.

Awesome hotel for my family
This place was awesome! Big pool and a hot tub, with a big movie screen in the pool area. Game room had FREE pinball, shuffleboard, pool and ping pong. Restaurant and bar on site, ordered drinks from the bar but unfortunately didn't eat there. Super close to downtown Estes, and they even had free bikes you could rent. There were fire pits outside too, and you got a smores kit at check-in. This hotel was awesome, clean too.

Not even close to acceptable.
I’ve never stayed at a hotel where the bed/bedding was so bad. We check out the next morning due to the horrific state of this establishment. I complained to the front desk and they said “yeah, we know, they (assume “they” is Delaware North) are supposed to be doing something about it”. Just do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Clearly Ridgeline is not a priority to the company. I will be avoiding any property associated with DN in the future. Covid or not, no excuse. Worst stay of a 2 week road trip.
The only surprisingly good part was the Soda Stream sparkling water dispenser in the lobby. Free, IF you could figure out how to use it.

Horrible hotel! Stay away! There is much better!
This hotel was horrible! So I think some of the hotel has been renovated and some of it is very dated, we got the dated room. Our confirmation message had the renovated room. We requested a change, but there was rehearsed answer stating they can’t change our room. The bathroom was gross and the bedroom was gross! We spent almost 300$ a night and did not have a pet, and then got charged additional for a pet! Can you believe it?? We stayed in other $100 after and it was so much better! I would recommend staying at a motel, over this hotel! Atleast you save some money. There are much better hotels for this price, please stay there instead.

30th Birthday Family Weekend!
We booked a block of rooms for my sisters 30th Birthday and went to the Estes Park Food and Wine Festival and let me tell you - the Ridgeline was PERFECT! The teenage boys were in Heaven with the pool, the arcade games, the pool tables, the food. The adults had an outstanding time - the rooms were immaculate, the hotel SMELLS AMAZING, I forgot how much I love a hotel bar. Fire pits and s’mores kits, and shuffleboard and cocktails, and 3.5 minutes up the hill from the lake and downtown Estes. The hotel staff went above and beyond, kept our rooms together, and helped us decorate for my sisters 30th. I HIGHLY recommend this Hotel for families, couples, a weekend getaway, a reunion, an event, everything. We can’t wait to go back when winter settles in.
