We went to Buckhorn Inn last year with friends. We loved it so much we returned and rented two cottages this year in October to enjoy the leaves. The cottages are clean, comfortable and have enjoyable views. the dining is superb, especially at the price point. It is truly fine dining. The staff are caring, friendly and accommodating. And they are consistent. It was great to see the same servers, and front office staff. The view from the back porch of Mt. LeConte is spectacular. The access to hiking trails, without having to go through Gatlinburg to reach them is wonderful. This place is special and a value.

My husband and I stayed two nights at the Inn. We had a beautiful view out our window. Everything was clean and I would recommend this place. The breakfast were definitely 5 stars. The only thing I didn’t like was having to go to the office to get a water or drink, besides coffee. They did have a Kerig down the hallway.

We stayed at the Buckhorn in the Lindsay House the second weekend in October. Every aspect of our stay was outstanding! We enjoyed the adorable two bedroom, two bath cottage which was tucked into the woods and minutes from a great nature trail. The breakfasts were worthy of praise from even the most particular foodie. I strongly recommend this lodging!

We were so impressed with the staff, the chef, and the accommodations - we would highly recommend this B&B!!! They gave us hiking advice which was spot on!! We stayed in a cottage that was so cute and a suite, that was over the top! Both had excellent views and very clean!! Stayed 2 nights wish we could have stayed a week - it's that good!!

We stayed at Buckhorn Inn while visiting the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. We have stayed at many bed & breakfast/inn accommodations all over the world and this one ranks near the top! For one thing, the views cannot be beat! The photo is the first look we had out the window of the Inn upon arrival. We thought this accommodation might be a little pretentious, it was anything but that! Tracy warmly welcomed us, very hospitable and friendly. Our room (j#5), while on the smallish size (which we knew it would be) was nonetheless charming, with a comfortable double bed. We had dinner our first night at the hotel ($40 fixed price with a set menu, glasses or bottles of wine available) which was outstanding with excellent service. But the breakfasts are the bomb! Ample-sized portions but we were full afterward! Very fresh and made-to-order. From scratch brownies set out mid-afternoon took care of our sweet tooth. About 15-20 minutes from GSMNP. Ditch the chaos of Gatlinburg and stay at Buckhorn Inn. Quite honestly, this place is ideal; no complaints whatsoever! Wonderful southern hospitality!
