Unhappy traveler with family.

You pay for something and you get something less. Was very unhappy. I would not recommend this place. A well-known chain, really disappointed. I've traveled across the country and this was one of the worst places ever. Left as soon as we could.

The lobby was nice as was the staff. Once we got to the room, we realized it was a sh!t-hole. Hardwood floor and mirrors were dirty, toilet seat was jacked up and the bathroom ceiling had mold. The only reason it wasn’t terrible was that the room got nice and cold and the bed was semi comfy. Don’t do it

This hotel had a nice lobby. The front desk employee was friendly but asides from those two things... the rest of the hotel had a lingering smell of urine and cigarettes. My room was filthy. Carpets did not appeared to be vacuumed, fingerprints and stains on doors, walls , ceilings, furniture and curtains. Bathroom was dirty. The tub floor needed to be cleaned. (Please use comet and bleach to get ugly stains out) the tub was clogged with hair. I had to unclog myself. I hope that management will do their job and do some quality control. I blame management for the cleanliness and stench of this hotel. I will definitely not be recommending this hotel.

The staff was friendly and the bedding was clean however, the bathroom shower had a yellow film on the shower floor, there were several stains on the carpet one of which was extremely large and looked like blood and the pillows on the bed were incredibly small and were made to fit a toddler bed. The stay is cheap but I wouldn't come back -- I would spend a little more to stay somewhere else.

14 days in the USA at various hotels and hands down the best stay of all.Would strongly recommend as a Wyndham Diamond member.
