Terrible place to go. Cockroaches, poor service, broken rooms and stained beds. Soon arrival there was cockroaches in the room. Our other room was missing its smoke detector and toilet paper holder. The beds had visible blood stains the size of a softball. Everyday there was no pool towels so we had to use our room towels. I asked the front desk to get more towels and he informed me he was just filling in and had no key to get towels! I asked everyday to speak with the manager and was informed that they would never answer the phone for the staff, they had multiple complaints that they were trying to tell the manager and they could never get ahold of them. This is rediculous that is the managers job! I requested a refund and have heard nothing from the motel. Please do not go to this facility it is horrible.i am not a person to ever leave a review but this place needs one!

HORRIBLE! On the road, checked in late, and was looking to a good night sleep. Google gave it 4 stars last night when we booked it, Trip Advisor gave it a true review., it’s a dump. Well there was no soaps, the hairdryer didn’t work, and the bathtub backed up…gross! The room smelled and looked dirty. No screen on first floor window, so we couldn’t open it for fresh air. We booked on line to save $. They offered a whole $12 on our next stay, which we will not be staying at another La Quinta any time soon.

Look elsewhere if price is an issue. Room had missing drywall and flooring trim. Stairway doors were not secure and wide open for anyone to walk through. Floors 2 and 3 reeked of pot smell. Lots of people loitering outside. Bed was just ok. Lobby was nice.

Property has deteriorated over the past 2 years. No hot water for over 25 hours, pool has been closed for about a year. Missing linens. There are several motels on the same block I will be staying at competitor the next time we visit family in the area.

Absolutely the worst! Do not stay here! Dirty, several holes in walls, carpet and curtains stained and gross, amenities listed are not available. Washers and dryers broken. The elevator safety certificate expired in 2023! We were traveling through late at night and just needed a hot shower and a decent place to sleep. We thought maybe they forgot to put washcloths in our room. Nope! They just don't have any! Asked the front desk and she said they didn't have any and didn't know where they had all gone! Then asked for hand towels instead - they don't have any of those either! So we loaded up our stuff to go look for another hotel at almost midnight. The only positive thing was that getting a refund seemed pretty easy. I'm guessing they've had to do that plenty of times!
