We stayed in room 140. This room is on the back side of the motel which is right beside the interstate. The room is noisy & dated. The carpet is old & paint peeling in the bathroom. The pillows & towels had an odd smell maybe due to their laundry detergent. This room definitely wasn’t worth what we paid! Disappointing Best Western.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good, with lots of options for food and drink. The hotel layout is a bit weird with a lot of steps, so if you have trouble with steps it may not be the best option unless you can get a ground-floor room. Staying on the 3rd floor, even with an elevator there were steps. Just in case you're traveling with someone with mobility issues.

Toe nails in the bed!!

Got our room and when my daughter went to go to bed there was toe nails still in the bed. When you pay that kind of money for a room that is by far one of the worst things to find is a soiled bed. Was given a $28 . Wow!!! Still to much to pay for someone else's toe nails in the bed my 12 year old daughter was disgusted and the staff didn't seem like they cared we won't return and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

So incredibly pleased with the cleanliness and amnesties offered for guests. Rooms are beautiful, the pool is stunning, and the restaurant and breakfast is phenomenal. So pleased and definitely going stay here again. We had scheduled one evening to stay at this Best Western. On our return home we went out of our way and changed our schedule so we can stay another night. So pleased w/the staff and everything Best Western offers.

Very nice hotel located near I-5. Quiet, clean and well-maintained. The pool was perfect to cool off after a long day of driving. The staff was friendly and the complimentary breakfast was well stocked with hot dishes, cold cereals and fresh fruit. The breakfast area was clean and spacious. Dinner at the adjoining restaurant was ok. Nothing to rave about except that the wait staff was attentive and friendly. This hotel will be our regular stop-over when traveling up/down I-5. We will just have to find another place for dinner.
