The front staff was absolutely exceptional especially Danielle. It was a stressful trip but they made it as comfortable as possible! They were able to meet every need that we had. The facilities are wonderful, delicious breakfast. The quality was worth it. I highly recommended going for the Best Western Plus!

The hotel was in a good location off of I-5. The grounds were clean and well maintained. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant was very busy and the food was great. The room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again when in Redding.

The only place I will stay in at Redding CA. I come here for business and was recommended by a co-worker. I will also recommended this hotel to friends traveling this way.

Noisy hotel, very close to I5 Freeway

When I made my reservation, I specifically made the request for a quiet room far from the I5 freeway. When I checked-in I was put in a very noisy room facing the I5. I asked to change rooms but was charged an extra $33.66 to get a quieter room that was exactly the same physically as the noisy one. That was outrageous!

The location of this hotel is great. It's within a short distance of some of the best restaurants and shopping. The Cattlemen's is only a short walk from the hotel. The pool and hot tub area are pristine and inviting. It's all about location, location, location at this Best Western Plus on Hill Top Drive.
