The staff is incredibly relaxed about mask wearing. They'll allegedly kick you out for not wearing a mask but their staff is exempt from this rule. If you don't care about masks then this place is for you.

Our experience at the Wyndham Visalia was great. The rooms were very clean, the staff was so friendly, and our time there was great. Even though the amenities were unavailable due to COVID we were still to enjoy our stay there. My family and I will definitely be returning. We got help from Lorena booking our stay and she's the sweetest and made sure all our rooms were on the same floor and next to each other. She went out of her way to make sure we felt welcomed. Over all our weekend was perfect. Thank you to everyone there for making our stay the best possible.

My husbands job transferred me to Visalia with only about 10 days notice and gave us 2 weeks at Wyndham Visalia. From the time we called a day before our scheduled check in, Isabelle answered the phone and although the company had not adequately managed the stay Isabelle was helpful and welcoming. Later we met Lorena at and both of these girls are super friendly, delightful, insightful and over all just wonderfully welcoming. They definitely made our difficult transition more bearable. Our housekeeper on the 5th floor Ester was also always so understanding of my husbands schedule and was always willing to work around us. Thanks to her our room was always clean and in order. She was super friendly and hard working. Lastly the staff at the complementary breakfast was awesome! They welcomed us every morning with a smile on their face. We will continue to stay at Wyndham Visalia for all of our hotel needs.

Be aware of them overcharging for Pets.

They charged me $45 A NIGHT. Thank goodness we only stayed 2 nights. $90 for my 12 pound dog. When I made the reservations they couldn't tell me how much the pet fee was going to be. Now I know why. BEWARE OF $45 A NIGHT PET FEE!!!

Due to Covid, breakfast is selection-by-guests and packed to go - simple, convenient. Nice! The staff are awesome, friendly and helpful. Especially George Cha and Samantha B! Samantha and George served the line of guests choosing their breakfast efficiently and fast, always with smiling faces and great manners. Our family feel very welcome. Thank you & Stay safe!
