It was a very nice stay the indoor pool and spa are awesome the front desk was very helpful and friendly it is located in a very good spot lots of food options close by and very quite there is a nice park right across the street also that offers lots of things to do .

Stopped to get a good nights rest before hitting the road to LA. Upon walking in to check in the hotel looks pretty nice, I thought ok this is worth $200 BUT then was told that you have to drive around to their other building!!! Which is a complete DUMP! My kids were scared walking in this place! Room was dirty there was hair and blood stains on the bed. I feel so itchy I can’t even sleep! Literally writing this review while laying in this hotel room .. so much for a good nights rest! I was better off driving straight through.

Just want to give a shot out to Darian at the front desk. He has a very friendly disposition. I had only been checked in for less than a few hours and he already remembered my name. He also called up to my room to make sure my room was to my liking and to ask if I needed anything! Thank you!

Great stay, excellent service, super clean!! Housekeeping was incredible and extremely helpful. Specifically staff member Ann Marie in Housekeeping was very pleasant, kind and proficient at her job. She went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Absolutely love the indoor pool and hot tub! It was very nice And relaxing! Most of the kids were in the second pool outside, this gave the indoor pool a much more quiet ambience:) There was no free Continental breakfast provided, but they did have a very nice restaurant and bar. This location was not far from Sequoia national Park. It Was worth the short drive for all the amenities that are provided. I would definitely stay here again!

I have a concern about the cleanliness of the hotel. We noticed a stain on the pillowcase which appeared to be either not clean or not replaced. I brought it to the attention of the front desk. The staff member just glanced at the actual pillow and apologized. I have video and pictures of this.
