The Staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were super clean. The coffee downstairs was great. Because of staffing shortages they do not have their made to order omelets for breakfast at that time.

GLACIER AND NORTHWEST MONTANA
This was our first experience with Red Lion Hotels. Overall, our stay was good. The only complaint we had is the hallways are DARK! (At least on the 3rd floor where our room was.) And there is minimal lighting IN the room. Other than that, the room was clean, bed was comfortable and they had a great set up for breakfast. Felt almost like a catering set up. Plenty of room for social distancing. The young man who checked us in was super nice and gave us several recommendations of places to eat. As a matter of fact, all of the employees we encountered were very friendly. Would I stay here again? Based on the prices of hotels in the area yes. If I found something cheaper, price wise, no.

Perfect location for one night in Kalispell. Walking distance to downtown restaurants. Desoto Grill is the place! And the manager went above and beyond to fix our shuttle problem (thank you). Also there is a small mall attached.

Not what you pay for
Is this a one night hotel or a quick stop close to the airport?? Yes, but I will no be staying here ever again. Although people on the front desk is very nice, once you get to the room a lot of it is not up to standard. I’ll start by saying that two lights in the room didn’t work. One in the bathroom and the other one right in the entrance once you open the room door. So you know that room was dark🤦🏽♀️.
The second and most disappointing one was to find our bed sheets with who knows what kinds of stains🤢 We did call the front desk and after about 25 later they brought a new set up.
Also make sure you call and schedule you airport shuttle pick up service and then call again to confirm it was noted. I did called but was informed over the phone to call upon airport arrival and to our surprise there wasn’t anyone available to pick us up. I tried to explain the lady what I was told over the phone a week prior and her excuse was that on their website it says to schedule😟🤷🏽♀️. One more thing the refrigerator in the room was not work and it had water on the trays!
