Such a beautiful setting! We stayed in the cowboy room over the garage, and our friends stayed in the Rose room in the main house. The room in. the main house had a much nicer bathroom, but the cowboy room had more living space, along with an oversize Jacuzzi, which we did not use. Both rooms were comfortable, though the cowboy room was a bit rustic in style. The breakfasts were filling and delicious, but what really stands out about this place is the incredibly beautiful surroundings. The inn is located on a river, with a beautiful, serene trail following the river. There is a pair of rocking chairs outside, overlooking the river, along with few sets of Adirondack chairs along the river trail —. all of which make for a lovely and peaceful way to spend an evening evening or enjoy morning coffee. They also have several miles of hiking trails going up the small mountain behind the end. Views are nice from the top. We hope to return someday!

Very very nice

We found this place via Trip Advisor, and they did not disappoint. Our room was very nice (I think there are many options, but we are late making reservations, so the options were limited). The breakfast was exceptional and so too was the staff. They did all they could to our stay great. Since we left early the final morning, they packed us breakfast to go.

Relax and reconnect!

We returned to RiverSong where we were married 10 years ago to celebrate our anniversary. This time we were able to enjoy more of what Riversong has to offer. It is a beautiful place/property. Close to town, but yet secluded. We stayed in Meadow Bright, the same room we stayed in after we were married. The first night there we saw a moose off of our deck. We also saw elk, deer, wild turkeys and plenty of chipmunks, birds and rabbits. We hiked seven benches trail on the property and then went on into the national forest. The view of the Rockies never gets old! At night we sat on our deck listening to river and enjoying the quite. The bubble tub and rainfall shower were wonderful! And, the bed was comfy and cozy. The RiverSong is timeless. We love it here and plan to be back again.

This bed and breakfast never disappoints. From its clean and charming rooms to the delicious food it is a destination to look forward to. The staff is amazing and so accommodating! The property is well kept and so relaxing. 26 acres to explore! We highly recommend the Riversong!

Pretty Inn with good location into RMNP entrances.

Very pretty place with AMAZING breakfasts! We enjoyed our week stay there. Our hostesses for the days were Lauren, Lily and chef Cheryl. They were lovely people and the breakfasts were the highlight of our stay! We stayed in the Mountain Rose room which was in the main house. It was a nice room, very comfortable bed and pillows and the chairs were lovely to sit and read. The shower head was FABULOUS..after a long day of hiking, it was such a super experience to have quick, hot water coursing through the shower head. Loved their toiletries too! It was great to have a mini fridge and have a chance to open windows too. To be able to linger in the main guest lounge and eat yummy cookies in the afternoon and sit and relax there was awesome too. The Inn was nicely located for entrance into the park. A couple of things that kept our review from being perfect was : our room had a nice view from the big semicircle window near bed, but the small blind they had certainly didnt keep the light pouring in , either from the moon or sun. We are early risers, but didn’t need it that early! We were afraid to open the window by the bed for air, as the screen did not close properly, and we didn’t want to take a chance on any bugs all night . The toilet set up is a little funky..it is not a separated toilet area, so if you are squeamish about going to the bathroom in front of another person, this room is not for you. Yes, they have a drop down mirror perfectly placed for visibility, but it is NOT a separate area. Lastly, because of park restrictions into getting into the park on timed entry’s..it is really important that one realizes breakfast is served from 8-9:30 and on 2 of our days..8:30 to 9:30. That can be a game changer into getting into the park on time. We SO wanted to enjoy the amazing breakfasts and linger with other guests, but found ourselves slamming the meal and moving quickly so we could get in park before 9:00. Perhaps we didn’t pick up on that detail when we made the hotel rez and would think twice again about staying there ONLY because we were there to hike and not relax in the area as some people do. If the breakfasts times were from 7:30 to 9:00, that would be incredible, because then one could really enjoy the Inn plus know that they could not worry about the timed entry into the park. Many thanks to the staff at the Inn.. we thoroughly enjoyed our time in CO!
