We had an amazing stay at Hounds Tooth Inn while visiting Yosemite National Park. The inn is so cute and perfectly located near the park. The rooms have everything you need and the service was amazing. A delicious breakfast (strawberry pancakes, yum!) and welcome cheese plate with a bottle of wine were such generous touches on an overall amazing stay!

This Inn is delightful. We booked 3 rooms for several days to explore Yosemite. The rooms were very clean, had a luxurious feel about them, the beds were comfortable, and the rooms new and well maintained. The best part about this place is the staff and breakfast - great hospitality, very attentive to our needs, asked us many times daily if we needed anything. The breakfast meals were amazing! We wanted for nothing! Our son had his birthday, they overheard and then cooked him cookies and made chocolate bear formations. Gave us great info about the park, and went above and beyond.

Hotel is very clean, comfortable, girls on reception are very friendly, delicious breakfast and lovely location. We enjoyed our stay in the room with warm fireplace and jacuzzi. Hope to visit this place again!

My boyfriend and I had an amazing weekend getaway at the Houndstooth Inn! We stayed in the king junior suite with fireplace and jacuzzi, and it was beautiful. Breakfast was provided before our journey into Yosemite for the first time ever! We would absolutely come back here. My only complaint is that I don’t think the jets in the jacuzzi tub in our room had been cleaned...when we turned the jets on, there was like sediment on the bottom of the tub when we drained it. We were both clean before getting into the tub, so it wasn’t from us.

Worst hotel experience ever

If I could give zero stars I would. This hotel is the exact opposite of hospitality. I was at the tale end of a two week road trip with the wife and kids. We drove from Vegas to what was supposed to be our final destination, checking in 7/13/20. We received a confirmation email about our stay the day before. When we arrived the front drive was blocked off. Weird. We walked down the driveway to find no one there. No staff, no guests, nothing. We tried to call the number; no outgoing message, only a full voicemail box. I'm working with Hyatt to get some compensation but after a 7 hour drive this was just about the worst possible experience. I understand covid-19 issues but to confirm a reservation and then disappear off of the face of the earth is inexcusable. F-
