We arrived in from a cruise and this was a great experience the staff is friendly and informative the shuttle took us to a wonderful restaurant for dinner the rooms have all been updated and remodeled this is an excellent location close to downtown and the train or a short walk to all the restaurants and shops

DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL. WE WERE THERE MARCH 1-2, 2025 AND OUR BED WAS INFESTED WITH BEDBUGS!!! THE ROOM WAS FILTHY. WE ASKED TO BE MOVED BUT UNFORTUNATELY THEY WERE FULLY BOOKED SO WE HAVE TO STAY ON OUR BEDBUG INFESTED ROOM AND THEY EVEN CHARGED US FOR IT. NEVER AGAIN!!

It had free breakfast which was really good. Kids like the pool. Didn’t have to walk far from pared vehicle to the rooms

Downtown location was convenient however getting to heir location is unique because it’s located in essentially bottom of the train yard so on occasion you hear the train’s horn blasting away.. enjoyed the free breakfast and kids enjoyed the pool. There is a fitness gym as well.

We chose this hotel because of the location to the train depot. It's an easy 5 minute walk and they offer free airport shuttle service. The hotel staff are hard working folks who are doing their best with a hotel in dire need of updates. I will say the bed and linens are all good but the room and lobby furniture is way outdated and pretty dirty. Breakfast is pretty standard 'full hot breakfast' fare. I would stay here only if you need a convenient location to rail or air. They say they are doing a full update.

The hotel was very close to the train station and had a shuttle that took us everywhere we needed to go because it was winter and they had fewer airport runs. The staff were extremely nice, friendly, and helpful. They mmade us feel like old friends, and had great recommendations for dinner and things to do. Breakfast buffet was pretty usual, neither good or bad. But the pancake machine was out of order! So hot choices were a little limited. Great choice for a short stay with family
