We spent two nights that the Courtyard by Marriot in Page. The rooms were clean, good value for money. The perfect spot for treaking in the slot canyons. Very friendly staff - a special thanks to Earl. Earl was our waiter at breakfast and made our day. He was so friendly and helpful. Thank you Earl!

My daughter and I stayed 2 nights here. It is a very clean, and comfortable stay. The hotel has amazing views of the rocks and right next to a golf course. It is only minutes away from Horsehoe bend and the downtown area and restaurants. Would stay here again!

Easily the worst stay at a Marriott I've ever experienced. Run down property, staff a mix of hostile and unaware

When I checked in the woman at the front desk didn't confirm any aspect of the stay (duration, price, etc) and just handed me a keycard after attempting a credit card transaction which seemingly cancelled ("don't worry about that"). Went to the room and found it was a double queen bed despite reserving a "King Room" directly through the Marriott website. I went back to the front desk and was surprised to be told that the hotel does not have any King Beds in any rooms ("only queen beds here, not sure why it let you book a king bed, the manager can probably give you some points in the morning"). I confirmed with her that they were not sold out but in fact did not have any room with King beds in them. The room itself was run down and required walking up a pretty steep flight of stairs. There were weird stains on the grout in the shower, and odd periodic banging noises (hot water pipes perhaps?). The next morning I went to the front desk hoping to talk to the manager and found it abandoned and a sign saying just drop off your keycard and you will be emailed your receipt. I waited a bit an eventually someone who seemed like the manager wandered out. I asked about the King Bed situation and he confirmed they indeed had King beds and then was then surprisingly hostile when I asked why despite reserving a King Bed room I wasn't able to get one (I promise, I asked about it nicely). Instead of offering any sort of apology he started talking about random stuff (how many thousands of visitors came to the hotel each year) and then gruffly asked what room I had and then stared at his computer until eventually suggesting that because I used used my Amex Marriott card that means that I wasn't guaranteed to get the room I reserved (I can't find anything to support this). He then kind of waived we away without ever even suggesting that anything could have been handled better. It wasn't a cheap hotel, the rooms are incredibly run down and the staff was a strange mix of unaware and hostile. On the bright side it is very to Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyons which is the only reason I am not giving it 1 star.

Really nice hotel! Good for its location. The staff was extremely friendly. I kept asking them questions to make sure the weather would be fine the next day since we wanted to see the Horseshoe Ben during sunrise and they always replyed with a smile. One friend of mine thought there were bedbugs in her room, three members of the staff immediately came to her room to check it our and they carefully checked the whole room with us and tried to reassure my friend. There is a shop with souvenirs and games aveilable outside! Nice pool and great garden area. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic, one of the best of this whole journey. The rooms were very big and spacious and the bed comfortable.

We frequent Marriott hotels often. While visiting the area for my birthday getaway, we selected the area and scenic backdrop of the hotel! A little disappointed since we were visiting in January, to learn that neither the outdoor or indoor fireplace were working and the front desk had no idea how long they would be not in use ..she said it had already been some amount of time that they have not worked. While the hotel was nice, it was disappointing not to be able to enjoy the fireplaces on a chilly evening. Marriott please take care of your hotel immediately when things are not in working order.
