Decent place when you are in Moab. Rooms are spacious and have a sit in area with two queen beds. This is one of the nicest best Western I have ever been in. Breakfast was very good and the lady who manages the place is extremely friendly and is just a gem. She makes your day!

We stayed one night as a family in March. We were very impressed with the rooms! The beds and pillows were far above average and the room finishings were great. The waffle maker at breakfast was a hit with the family. Very good variety of breakfast foods. Would definitely stay at this Best Western Plus again.

The hotel is centrally located in the heart of Moab. Hotel offers plenty of parking. Sidewalks in area allow you to walk all of town from hotel. They allowed early checkin for my family. Room was large and comfortable. Plenty of area for sitting, lounging in room. Fitness area was clean and cool. Bike storage available in hotel. Continental breakfast offered a little bit of everything. Front desk staff was helpful and courteous.

As always, the ladies at the front desk are friendly and professional. The hotel is conveniently located in the center of town with our favorite restaurant (Pasta Jay’s) about 20 seconds from the front door and a Visitor Center across the street. The room was clean and spacious. Had a mini fridge and coffee maker but no microwave. The mattresses on the queen beds were VERY firm which is nice if you like firm but for me was uncomfortable. I sleep on my side and was turning from one side to the other all night. We stay here pretty much every year for a few days and I don’t recall ever experiencing the hard mattresses before. The only other downside to the room is the ottoman in front of lounge chair. When I “plopped” my arse on the ottoman to remove my boots, I had to laugh out loud. What appears to be a nicely contoured and plush stool is more akin to a vinyl covered brick. I guess they’re made to last. In fact when nature has taken its toll on the nearby arches reducing them to sand and dust and the walls of the hotel have crumbled to nothing, there’s going to be a hundred or so ottomans scattered amongst the remaining sandstone. Breakfast was better than average for a BW property with the usual choices plus pre-prepared omelettes or some other variation of eggs to go along with the standard scrambled eggs. Coffee and the orange juice (didn’t sample the other two available juices) was much better than average. The breakfast attendants were exceptionally friendly, frequently asking if we found everything we needed and worked hard to ensure the breakfast bar was adequately stocked. All things considered, I’d give five stars if not for the extra firm mattresses.

This is the second time within a year I have stayed at Best Western in Moab and it did not disappoint!! I love the cleanliness of the hotel, the overall appeal and the staff. Also, the breakfast is a bonus. I have stayed in about 15 different hotels throughout this past year and BW Canyonlands is my favorite! Highly recommend.
