Comfort bed and room. The breakfast was exactly the same every day. Hash browns raw, barely cooked. Stale pastries. Peanut butter packets so old you couldn't eat. Personnel was friendly. Walk downtown was nice. I don't know what else you want me to say so way keep asking to say more.

Spectacular staff

The staff was amazing, not just nice but actually friendly. The rooms were VERY clean, the rooms smelled good, not perfumed. The corners of the floors and counters were clean not just wiped but actually scrubbed.

This is a nice hotel right in the middle of Moab. It is within walking distance to restaurants and shops. We stayed here for a week while visiting the area. We arrived at check-in time and greeted by a very friendly receptionist name Michele. Within a few minutes, we were on our way to our room. The room was fine and larger than most hotel rooms. The bed was very comfortable and there was ample room to stretch out and plenty of space for our luggage. Breakfast is included here. My only slight complaint was that the hot items (scrambled eggs, sausage, and hash browns) were the same each day. However, the food was good, and we avoided the expense of eating out downtown for breakfast. The breakfast area was tended to by a friendly man named Polo. He kept everything clean and was very courteous and kind to the guests. There is a very nice pool here which is open late. The weather was very hot, and we usually cooled off in the pool after a day in one of the nearby parks. There is free parking and plenty of spots. Two incidents occurred during our stay which deserve mention because they were handled so well. The first was on our first night. After unpacking, my wife discovered ants in the bathroom tub as well as in the sink. We reported this to Michele at the front desk. The maintenance person had left for the night. Michele said she would find insect spray and that we could get that from her on our way back from dinner. Michele gave us the spray and said she would advise maintenance and housekeeping of the issue. I poured the spay down the drain in the tub and in the sink. The following day, the room was cleaned from head to toe while we were visiting Arches National Park. Not one ant was spotted in the room for the rest of our stay. The second incident occurred on the last night of our stay. Moab was hit hard by a thunderstorm that dropped a few inches of rain in only 20 minutes. This caused flash flooding and the stream close to the hotel went over its banks causing the streets to flood. The flood waters hit the hotel parking lot and water was in the walkways of the hotel. I went outside and encountered Kim who is the hotel general manager. Armed with a large broom, she was sweeping the water away. A guest two doors down from us reported water in her room. Since it was only a matter of time before the same thing happened to our room, I requested Kim to put is in room on the second floor. The request was handled very quickly and my wife I relocated to a different room where we would be safe from any flood waters. Overall, an outstanding stay and the rate was reasonable considering the summer high season. The issues were encountered were extremely well handled and our thanks once again to Michele and Kim for their assistance. We hope to see you again on a future trip to the area.

A nice BW property, well maintained. Good pool experience. Excellent bed and pillows, okay AC and shower, average thin towels. As we were mid trip, we used the laundry with no issues. Excellent breakfast, well stocked with attentive staff.

Enjoyable stay.

The motel was a very nice and comfortable place. Very clean and accommodating close to downtown and many restaurants. I would recommend this place to everyone. The breakfast was great and the people were polite and friendly. Downtown is within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants.
