Friendly and charming
Amazing views from any side of hotel. We've got there late in dark and was amazed by views opened from window in morning. This place has everything you need as traveller plus great location. Will definitely refer to friends.

We’ve stayed at this property many times when it was a Best Western. Now that it’s under the Holiday Inn Express, it was remodeled with a number of upgrades. They made a great place even better.
First off, this hotel has some of the best views in Springdale which is a great start. The remodeling included a style makeover overall, most notably in the lobby. The added breakfast area and tables were a great choice. But their best addition by far is the fire pit near the pool and hot tub. Buy a bottle of wine at the nearby store and plan an evening there. (Tip: this is especially great in the cooler months.) And the staff is just as friendly and helpful as ever.
This is not your typical Holiday Inn Express - and that’s a compliment. Highly recommended!

One of The Best Hotel Stays Ever
First, being in Zion is incredible, it is a gorgeous part of the world. I stayed for a few days after Christmas for my birthday, and everything was perfect. My family opted for an Airbnb nearby while I chose the hotel option. My room was ready early, had a canyon view, and the staff even wrote me a birthday card and left snacks and treats in my room, really nice. The breakfast is amazing, I mean the food is so fresh, you can get egg white omelets, the biscuits are freshly baked, bacon, etc. The coffee is delicious, they have juices as well. This is perfect before a long day of hiking! They also keep the buffet area SPOTLESS clean. They have a pool (closed in winter) but the hot tub was open and it was fantastic after getting worn out on the trails. Another thing is that they have reasonable rates for snacks, beers, etc. They do not gouge like their chains. A big beer was $4, chips were a buck I think, but the point is they aren't trying to nickel and dime you. Add in the super friendly staff and it's five stars for me. I had better service here than at 4-star resorts in California and Arizona. I will be back for sure!

The Holiday Inn Express in Springdale is perfectly made for the mountain environment of Zion Park. Very comfortable, deserving more stars than formally credited for.
It has amazing views on the rims around. A nice swimming pool with hot tub, for also in winter times. A small but neat gym. Friendly service at the desk.
Breakfast is a bit basic. Rooms are nice and large enough. And the building has great charm.
Just minutes away from the main entrance of Zion.

Amazingly beautiful property! Wonderful buffet breakfast in the morning. The views are stunning as it’s nestled among the mountains. Friendly staff. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. Just a couple of miles from Zion National Park. Definite 10!
