AMAZING STAFF, WELCOMIG FACES AS ENTERING. POSITIVE ATTITUDES AND HELPFUL IN SO MANY WAYS ESPECIALLY WITH THEIR SHUTTLE BEING 24/7. BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED, ROOMS ARE RENOVATED AND THE VIEW OF THE SUNRISE IS JUST WONDERFUL. WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY THAT WOULD!

If you want a place your not safe and will charge your card without authorization this is the place no remote no wifi

You can’t make this stuff up! We made reservations over 2 months ago (Dec 30th and the hotel actually closed in Dec) AND PAID IN FULL A TOTAL OF $2,900.00. We were looking forward to seeing the Iditarod and wanted to be within walking distance of the action! We Received several email’s with our conformation number on it and showing we had paid in full. We also got text messages reminding us of when check in was and that they looked forward to our arrival. After traveling 17 hours on a plane we made it to the Ramada Inn Anchorage to find a BIG SIGN SAYING..”CLOSED FOR REMODELING!” This was after we had just received a text less than an hour before saying they were looking forward to our arrival. So now they have had our money over 2 months and sent us a text messages saying we’re glad you chose us. This was fraud! We tried calling the number that was on the text message to only get an apology and them trying to tell us they understood. The Iditarod is a big event in Anchorage Alaska. The only help they could give us was a roach infested hotel. We said no to that and were told that’s all they could do. If I could have given them a BIG FAT ZERO I would have. Never again will we stay at a Ramada Inn or any Wyndham hotel! After we finally got to speak to a manage named David, he was a total jerk. Didn’t even try to help just said to either take the hotel they said or nothing! Needless to say we did not take them up on the roach hotel…..we found our own room that is much nicer and cost much less! NEVER…AND I MEAN….NEVER WILL WE STAY AT A RAMADA INN OR ANYTHING AFFILIATED WITH THE WYNDHAM HOTEL CHAINS!

I got a job with them because I’m relocating from out of state and before my start date they closed without notification. Went by the other night and it still says “closed for remodeling” on the front door. I also stayed there before and it wasn’t the best staff, not very sanitary, all the doors are damaged, the heater barely works if at all, and they constantly have people breaking into rooms.

Lady was absolutely rude. I called looking for a dog friendly hotel, its like the tenth place I had called and she said very specifically that they were dog friendly but when I brought my dog she yelled at me and started screaming to take my dog out of the lobby. Her and the younger girl were selling drugs out of a black dodge charger all night long, they definitely need watched. They made threats to my dog. It was a 40 year old Hawaiian looking lady and then a younger one. They had drug traffic all night long right out front of the hotel. Very sketchy and the people who work there are very questionable.
