Way overpriced for a budget hotel
No better than a Holiday inn or Springhill Suites, modest bathrooms and toiletries. Not worth $250 never mind $450. Small bar and restaurant area, Typical Marriott or Hilton’s have as much character and ambiance as this place. Not enough plugs in convenient places to accommodate 4 charging devices. Overpriced, not worth the price.

Very Nice Stay
Great hotel just outside of downtown but still very close to the city center. The shuttle to downtown was incredibly helpful and runs all day as a personal taxi around town until 10:30pm. The hotel was comfortable with good service. Breakfast was basic with eggs, bacon, potatoes, and continental.

This hotel was selected by our travel agent and did not disappoint. For our Sept 2021 trip, we had a king room that was nicely appointed and comfortable. When we asked for extra washcloths and coffee it was provided quickly. Other reviewers have pointed out the carpet needs cleaning…yes I agree BUT will add most people treat hotels horrible (meaning it’s a rental why should I care what I drop on the carpet). Breakfast had a nice variety (eggs, sausage, bacon, bagels, toast, cereal, fruit, pastries, juice coffee) . We found the staff to be friendly. Other reviewers have stated they found the staff rude which we did not encounter. Almost all hotels such as this one are having issues getting employees hired during this COVID time and many of these employees are doing the jobs of two to three people. Take a deep breath people and work with the hotel on any issues . I will say the picture on their hotel website can be a little misleading…it appears the hotel is in a secluded area which is not the case as it is in the city of Jackson Hole and not a scenic area which could be implied by the picture.

Over-rated hotel and more, too much to write here!
We checked in late at 12:35am and were given a room at first floor. The next morning, we saw there were construction works going on with workers walking around and climbing ladders. Asked to change room. Were told that the new room would be facing the other side of the building with no construction. To our dismay, the new room also had construction vehicles outside our window and workers walking around! The receptionist just found out that there were construction works all around the building! How come the morning receptionist didn't know and let us change room? There was no need to change room then!! Seems like they don't have staff meetings to make sure everyone knows what is going on.
We had some issues with the computer at the Business Center. The front desk (a guy) didn't seem too happy to assist us, he had a sour and unpleasant face.
Breakfast dishes were not replaced immediately. 15 minutes before 10am, the tray of scrambled eggs was empty, mini muffins only left 4, practically nothing to eat!
Maids didn't come in to replace towels or empty trash. we had to go to front desk to pick up fresh towels when we got back after midnight. Desk and drawers were dirty and there was a strand of hair at the desk (see picture).
On the day of checking out, a maid came knocking at our door at 6am!! Seems like they are diligent working on the list of check outs, but not replacing towels and making sure guests are happy while there! We asked for a luggage trolley, it came after 20 minutes! By then we had already dragged our bags down.
Over-rated hotel, not worth the money we paid for.

This Lodge at Jackson and Hole was by far the worst place we’ve ever stayed. Pictures on website are deceiving. Rooms unkempt, dirty, service was for the most part terrible. Desk staff rude and unfriendly. We very politely voiced our concerns and dissatisfactions to assistant mgr. He was very accommodating and deducted $100 off our room for all 6 notes during our stay and removed all taxes and service fees. To date we have not seen that credit on our monthly statement. We called to remind the person who answered the phone. She was incorrigible and told us the taxes and service fees were not possible in spite of what the asst. Mgr. promised. We asked her to go ahead and credit the $600 accommodation. She told my wife “Have a nice day,” and hung up on her. Coffee maker in room did not work and they never bothered to respond to our request for a new one. Two dryers in laundry room dysfunctional. Room cleaning service only 3 days during our stay, and each time no towel replacement and bed sloppily made. We were charged $800 per night for this nightmare stay. So be careful with making reservations at The Lodge at Jackson Hole.
