We did a spur of the moment trip. Booked it all thru Expedia. My wife liked the looks of this place & reviews she'd read so this was the spot. Good facility. Room was huge. Ours did not have a tub but did have a large shower. Rustic look fitting of the Jackson Hole area. Room looked a little worn but all-in-all was nice. Staff was friendly. The guy at working the bar (we ate there on our arrival which was close to their closing) was exceptionally friendly and did a great job as your waiter. They have a simple but nice breakfast buffet. Basic fixing are eggs, bacon/sausage, potatoes for hot items. Fruits, cereals, pastries also. Starbucks coffee is always in the lobby. Nice fireplace which makes a great spot for an early riser (like me) for a cup or two while checking email, paper, etc. Since we were there on a package deal, I'm not sure what our rate was, but checking tonight (10-17-18) I see $139/night. I'd say that's not bad all things considered. I would consider staying here again.

It seemed we were staying at a 5/5 hotel in which the people in charge of keeping it at that high quality were on vacation or something. The pool water was not heated as it should have been, and we even had leaves floating in from outside (half the pool is outside and the area is blocked off for indoor enjoyment). The room wasn't cleaned as well as it could have, too, but it wasn't enough to report. We just felt it was slightly off the standards the beauty of the hotel seemed to command. I'd still recommend the place, especially since I believe the staff will take note of my notes on the pool situation. Perhaps it was just an off week. At any rate, I'd give it 4.5 out of 5 on here, but did feel I should mention the above.

My wife and I were part of a tour group and stayed here for 2 nights. We were impressed with the nice décor and the cleanliness of the rooms. Further the bedding is extremely comfortable and our room was very large. The breakfast buffet offered was excellent. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. One nice feature is the free shuttle that you can take to get downtown which is just over one mile. We liked this Inn very much.

I spent three nights in a “cabin” associated with the lodge and lots of time in the lodge environment. The facility is grand and lives up to its reputation. We were there for closing weekend, and one never would have known that. The place was humming. The diner food was perfect. Food and drinks in the bar also were excellent. Prices vary according to the environment, and overall, this is not a location for the budget minded - but it is in the Tetons on Jackson lake and well worth the cost. Room was comfortable. Lighting was better than every other hotel I have stayed in - quite remarkable. The facilities were clean and everything worked. The staff was always there and never hovered. Enjoy it - I did.

We stayed 2 nights at the Lodge in Jackson. Located just off the main road into Jackson, it was very easy to find. Probably too far to walk to the town square, especially if it is cold or snowing, as it was when we visited. There was plenty of free parking in the front of the Lodge. Check in was easy and the staff accommodating. We has a spacious, clean room with a king bed. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows and covers. Breakfast was included and provided eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, fruit and other options. We found our stay pleasant, luxurious, and enjoyable.
