The Lodge at Jackson Hole was very nice would great amenities. The breakfast and pool area were outstanding. When we needed a relaxing break from an active vacation, this was a great place to spend time.

This resort is a very pretty property. Our first time staying here and it didn't disappoint. We booked a king room with fireplace. It was a very nice, comfortable room. Many amenities to take advantage of while here.

Beautiful hotel and while there were a few glitches that could be easily fixed with some follow up training, it did not take away from our overall experience! The shuttle is a wonderful addition- we did not use, but boy would it come in handy--

Family trip. Front desk was great with recommendations. Breakfast was very good as was the wait staff. Room clean and comfy! I would recommend this hotel. Room view was of the mountains - what a way to wake up!

0/10 recommend staying here. The facility is unsanitary and unprofessional. The pictures and description on the internet are completely misleading. Another guests left behind bikini was on our bed when we arrived, other people’s hair all over the room and quite a bit of mold in shower stall with no proper ventilation. I Informed the front desk the first day we were there. Was informed they would send someone up to take care of the issue. We stayed out of the hotel the following night and didn’t use the shower stall again until Wednesday. Come Thursday before we are ready to leave the mold is still present in the bathroom. I took several images of the mold as my husband has allergies and mold is TOXIC. I called the hotel after our stay and was confronted with no respect or explanation. The staff was condescending and didn’t seem to take my issues seriously. She informed me that if “my husband was that affected by the mold then I should have contacted them again”. We were in Jackson to get married, I do not think it’s my job to chase hotel staff around and tell them to do their jobs. Never mind the fact that mold should never have been there in the first place. The lady at the front desk told me it would be taken care of and it wasn’t. Construction went on the entire time we were there. The parking lot was absolutely trashed, the lobby was a construction zone. No discount or heads up regarding the construction zone we were staying in.
