The hotel was very nice and the atmosphere was welcoming. Our room was ready upon arrival and we had a room that was recently renovated. The beds were very comfortable and the room was nicely decorated which included a refrigerator. The hotel provided Starbucks coffee which was a nice add. The daily breakfast was also plentiful with staff that made sure our dirty dishes were picked up right away. There was also a hotel lounge available if we wanted to have a nightly drink. We would definitely stay here again!

The room was warm, welcoming and spacious. I loved all the charging stations. The shower had great pressure and was very roomy. Excellent lighting in the bathroom, which is not always the case in other places we have stayed. The bedd were very comfortable.

This hotel puts you in the western mood from the moment you arrive - nice, open atrium with fireplace and great location a little over a mile from the Town Square with free parking. Lots of restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, gas stations near the hotel. It’s situated away from the big crowds but a 2 minute drive away. Rooms are large, stylish and very clean. Large bathroom and super-sized walk-in bathroom. Staff at front desk are friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet had lots of choices and staff working the breakfast were on top of replenishing items and keep the breakfast area clean. This is a first-rate hotel and we will be back!

The wood beams and carved animals are wonderfully beautiful and entertaining, along with the antler chandeliers throughout - great for fun photos. The entrance fireplace and sitting area was very welcoming. The staff was friendly and always helpful, the complimentary breakfast buffet provided a tremendous selection and was delish, and the rooms were fresh, clean, and modern (USB ports, extra plugs, big screen television). The lodge was also situated not far from downtown Jackson and the offered shuttle service if you did not want to drive and have to hunt down a parking spot.

It’s not easy to find anything pet-free these days, whether it be restaurants, foodmarkets, flights or hotels. Therefore, we were delighted to discover this pet-free hotel, with a true mountain lodge feel; spacious, well-appointed rooms; a great breakfast buffet; and friendly staff. The Lodge At Jackson Hole provided exactly what we needed after our daily adventures in Grand Teton NP. Their laundry room came in handy, and if we’d had more time we would have used both the excercise room and the pool. A bonus was their close proximity to The Gun Barrel restaurant (literally right around the corner) where we had local game. We’ll definitely stay at The Lodge again on our next trip to the area.
