We paid over 872 US dollars for one night. From the pictures at their site the customer gets the impression that all the rooms have great views Ours was at ground floor looking at the parking lot. Actually all ground floor rooms look at the parking lots. The swimming pool was not what it looks like in the site’s pictures; it is like a a motel’s swimming pool. The breakfast was of very low quality for 872 dollars. Just overcooked, dry scrambled eggs. Before you book, make sure that you will get what you will pay for.

Our stay was excellent. Nice room and the shuttle service made it extremely convenient. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good and filling. This was our second stay and we definitely recommend it.

All amenities were great, clean and good location for seeing all the area has to offer. Breakfast was listed but we never did find it. The pool and hot tub were easily located. Our room had some trouble with getting hot water, "our after flying" shower was a bit brisk! In January that isn't fun, but staff came in and fixed that without any further issues.

We were SO excited about our trip to Jackson Hole - having visited nearly 25 years ago; the Lodge SEEMED perfect from the webpage. We were greeted by VERY courteous staff, but they were understaffed and over-checked out so we had to wait about an hour to check-in (after an 8 hr drive from Moab, yeah - not a good recipe for relaxation). The rooms were nice, spacious - although the ventilation in the bathrooms didn't work (asked for service 3 times) - and after the 2nd of 4 showers... you can figure out how that didn't go). The fireside lounge" from their website claims "Our casual, intimate Fireside Lounge opens at 4pm serving light fair, craft cocktails, fine wine and a large selection of local beer. Our relaxed dining room is the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploration." - yet, it was closed Mon - Tues - Wed. So, plan accordingly. Breakfast spread was ok - the only thing that changed was the pancake / waffles / french toast tray - otherwise, everyday was the same thing. However, the dining room staff were VERY courteous, helpful, attentive - as in SUPER responsive (even managing crazy tourist expectations). Refrigerator / microwave / keurig in the bedroom was a GREAT touch. Other notes: The staff helped with coordinating several excursions (Blake w/ Sunset Safaris was EXCEPTIONAL as a tour guide through Yellowstone & Grand Tetons. The chuck-wagon BBQ wasn't really "worth" the price - not really "BBQ" either - more like reheated pre-cooked meats. There is a shopping plaza conveniently behind the hotel (adult beverages) & several excellent restaurants walking distance (we LOVED Sidewinders - several items from Diners, Drive-ins & Dives on their menu). The short chat that I had w/ the maintenance gentleman who was sampling the water in the indoor/outdoor pool hit home for me as an environmental public health minded guy - I thanked him for his work, attention to detail.... we talked about phys/chem parameters of the pool - and I genuinely sensed that he was the RIGHT GUY for the work he was responsible for. I'm sorry I didn't get his name. We flew OUT of Jackson, but like I said drove IN from Moab. next time we go we are DEFINITELY in and out of Jackson - the airport was SIMPLE to navigate, had a limited selection of "food options" but - served it's purpose well. I hope this helps your travel plans; fully expecting to see the responses from the Lodge shortly - which is a great personal touch - but - all you need to know is that 25 years ago we stayed at the Best Western @ Jackson Hole - we loved it then, bragged about it for 25 years, and cannot believe we ended up there again at the prices we paid for our lodging. Echoing comments of those previously posted - BUYER BEWARE. However, I must thank the staff / personnel for doing EVERYTHING they could to accomodate us & to make our trip memorable. Jason

I wanted so much for this to be the Lodge experience I hoped for. It wasn’t. The staff was very friendly. The shuttle into town was extraordinary! They did a pretty good job with breakfast (even though the same everyday). The rooms were spacious and clean (could use a bit of an update). There is no restaurant. The bar area was open only 3 nights out of the 7 we were there. Small menu on those evenings, and the food was good. The bar area and adjacent room lacked ambiance of any kind. Nothing! It cries for HELP! The pool was only fair. Nothing like the pictures, limited seating. I loved Jackson, just expected a better facility.
