Worst stay of our whole 2 week trip

When reserving this hotel I was super excited because I thought it would be one of our nicer stays on our two week trip out west. I was sadly mistaken. It was the most expensive stay at almost $300 a night after taxes and the worst of the 8 places we stayed. The hotel staff was not the friendliest at check in. The common area needs cleaned and updated. Once we got to our room I noticed a dirty wet towel still hanging in the bathroom but let it go. The room was okay with lots of stains on the floor but yet again definitely not the nicest for the money. After returning to our room after shopping and swimming it was time for bed. When I pulled back the comforter there were stains all over the sheets by my pillow. As soon as I noticed them my husband quickly noticed what looked to be coffee stains all over the outside comforter. I could hardly sleep knowing I was sleeping on dirty sheets that had never been changed but it was late and I was already in my PJs so I decided to address it with staff on the morning. When I checked out the front staff quickly apologized and advised me he would "take care of the nights stay, taxes, fees and all". I assumed he meant the whole nights stay with the words he used. When the charges were never dismissed I called the lodge to ask. The lady whom I spoke to was very rude and condescending. She said they would never refund a full night's stay and that he just didn't charge me for the taxes. Very misleading. Especially when sleeping on dirty sheets and paying $300 a night! Several friends and family were interested in our experience out west and I was sure to let them know the experience we shared here and we will never recommend this place to anyone and for sure will never be back! Oh, and it was hard to understand the breakfast staff. The pictures of the lodge show it like it's off by itself but its in the middle of a bunch of buildings. Not much parking.

rooms are great

The rooms are well done and comfortable. I would recommend it. At check-in and checkout, the guy and shorter woman are great. The average height woman with glasses just tolerates you. We thought maybe this was not such a great place until we encountered the other desk people.

I stayed for four nights and I really wanted to like the hotel. The location isn't great as it is on the outskirts of town and surrounded by strip malls. The pool looks nice in photos, but is surrounded by a parking lot. The rooms were a really good size, and the fireplaces and beds were great, but they felt very dark and the hallways had a lot of dings and ripped carpet that needed to be repaired. The breakfast was good, but no one told me there were hot options - I later overheard them telling other guests which is how I found out. That needs to be a lot more consistent. It was weird to me that the hotel barely had anyone in it, but they put me next door to the loudest family in the world and I hated hearing all their jumping around, screaming at each other, etc. When I went to check out, i wanted to split my charges between my personal card and my work card, but the man at the front desk could not have been less interested in assisting me.

Stayed for 8 nights.. clean, plenty of covid precautions in place, great location .. Looking forward to staying here again in the future... easy 10 minute drive to Town Square.. Short drive to many great hiking and picturesque areas of Grand Teton National Park..

Average stay not Average Price.

$489 for two nights. Wasn't worth the price. We stayed in a king room with a gas fire place. It was clean except the fridge which was full of old food. Hated the shower, it had both a regular and a rain shower head which looked cool but the rain head dripped cold water on you your entire shower. The place looks awesome in pictures and is unique outside, with animals carved into its structure but make no mistake its a Best western.
