Booked a hotel only to arrive and find it abandoned. Our reservations were honored at another hotel, but there were no bunk beds, there was no breakfast, and staff knew nothing about the area. Front desk attendant told us to go to the restaurant next door for breakfast. The restaurant was also abandoned.

Booking and Canceling Reservations Never use "Reservationdesk.com"
It took 2 days to get the phone call through to make a reservation, I was told when I made the reservation that they had an issue with their lines. Upon attempting to cancel the reservation again, The phone just rang. I called the Corporate office "Wyndham" but since I called a number not straight at the hotel I was informed to call the original number back again, for they would not be able to make a cancelation for us. I called back again and finally got someone to answer and of course when I spoke with Roger the supervisor he denied that they did not have any issue with their phones. The reason for our cancelation was that my spouse was scheduled for Medical proceedures in the middle of our trip. I think this is a trick by them to make money on their part for "If they don't answer their phones you can't cancel". We lost $391.00. Guess they will have a party now. I will never book a Wyndham room again. Again do not make reservation through "Reservationdesk.com" they could care less. Call straight to the Hotel.

OK room but great location
Room was clean and great location near Mt. Rushmore. The room was incredibly small though and made it hard for 2 people to move around with the suitcases in the way. The bathroom was large (due to the fact that they gave us a handicap room) but even though it was large, there was absolutely no room on the vanity to even put a toothbrush down. Also, the bathroom was tiled in a high gloss white tile which means it always looked dirty the second you walked in with shoes on. It had microwave and coffee maker and they provided a grab-and-go continental breakfast.

Staff was not friendly or helpful. Breakfast was served in brown paper bags to go. The pool and hot tub were filthy!
Our room was dirty, and was basically a cruise ship cabin. We barely had room to squeeze past our bathroom to get to the beds. Our second night, we paid to upgrade to a “suite”. While it was no suite, it was definitely worth the extra $30! At least we had a little breathing room. Definitely recommend getting the suite if you’re going to stay here.

It was a clean hotel with a view of Mt Rushmore. The balcony was spongy so it was a little scary to step on some parts of it. The room was quiet and we slept good. Excellent location right at edge of a Keystone and just a few minutes to Mt Rushmore and other attractions. Grab and go breakfast wasn’t the best.
