Pillows are tiny, there are tons of bugs crawling in the hallways and the room, our bathroom is dirty too. The parking isn't good. The set up is horrible. I wouldn't recommend. Steer clear of this place. I have stayed in a lot of hotels over the years. This is far the worst one that I have ever stayed at. The pool is overcrowded and small so we couldn't use the pool. The dog area is a very tiny strip behind the building. It was all full of dog poop. So sad they didn't clean it up. We checked in right at check on time. They still didn't clean the bugs up off the floor later that night. So gross.

First off the air conditioner unit was very loud with a bad vibration, then we saw bugs crawling around on the walls and the ceiling and then bugs falling from the ceiling on us

Really good stay- everything was excellent- breakfast was top-notch as far as variety--and everyone who stayed was there early. The pool /hot tub open early & the hot tub has water jets. Rooms are clean, beds seem new and staff was friendly. Great value, I'd recommend to anyone visiting Mt. Rushmore.

My daughter and I drove over 10 hours to stay at this hotel on a cross-country trip only to arrive and to be told that our reservation had been cancelled. They had run my credit card before we arrived, and because we were traveling, my card company declined the purchase out of concern for fraud. It took a few seconds to fix, but since the hotel made no attempt to contact us, we had to sleep in our car. It was a holiday weekend, and nothing else was available within a 50-mile radius. The hotel staff was incredibly rude, and Wyndham customer service was disappointing at best. I received an email from the hotel the next week stating, "I am sorry that you are unhappy with our policy regarding declined credit cards." When I called to ask for a copy of their credit card policy, the assistant general manager told me. "Well, not all of our policies are written down." I won't be booking a room with this chain in the future.

It was great! The checkin and checkout process was smooth and easy. Rooms are spacious, staff are friendly, and we didn't encounter any issues. I would sugggest more breakfast options for international guests. Overall, would recommend.
