Very dirty all the way around. Garbage laying in hallways. Smell of old food throughout. Breakfast area very dirty.

Do not stay here!!! We had several negative encounters with the manager. The first was when we asked if we could have an early check in. She snapped at me on the phone and said absolutely no early check ins. I understand if our room was not available but she has very rude. Next when we checked in we sat on one of the beds and it tipped to the floor. When telling the same manager she rolled her eyes and said she will fix it because she wasn’t going to have us switch rooms because then she would have to clean the room we were currently in. Third situation. We asked that our room have the garbage removed dirty towels removed sand replace with clean towrls, , and clean up the bathroom. At 2:00 our room had not been serviced. At 4:00 our room had not been serviced. At 6:30 our room still had not been serviced. When asking the manager she said I just need to be patient because they had 120 checkouts that day. When I explained that I had a baby that needs to be able to go to bed, she rolled her eyes and said the most she will do for me is bring towels and take the garbage. She didn’t have time to do more. Her employees are terrified of her. The carpet is filthy!!! Breakfast is a disaster. Do not stay here. The manager is uncaring. Rude. She stands outside and smokes all of the time. If you ask for your money back she will deny it. She should be fired! Vaymont sjoukd be embarrassed of this hotel and the behavior of the manager!

Rooms need update they were so damp everything felt wet.toilet seat was broke, carpet had stains no ashtrays outside.

The general manager, as she introduced herself to be, was extremely rude, disrespectful, and belittling to my wife and I when we brought up how dirty our room was and how the water was brown and yellow, full of dirt and completely unusable. Do NOT stay here. I have never had this bad of an experience anywhere I've stayed and I've traveled a lot!

The rooms were not well kept. Bathrooms falling apart. We stay in a lot of hotels every year, and this hit the mark as the worst. Day time staff was great, night time was not friendly.
