Arrived after a very long day of travel. Parking was ample and many smiling faces! Maintenance of the room was a little less than expected. Room was very clean! Close to many family friendly activities. Will stay here again for sure!

We stayed in one of the suites with a balcony. We were very pleased with the room and our stay here. When going to Keystone, if you have no troubles walking up and down the hotel's long, steep driveway, you can avoid paying the $5 parking fee for Keystone's parking lot, which is basically right across the street. Mount Rushmore is just a short drive down the road.

great hotel near mt rushmore. 3rd floor balcony room is a must. 3 sinks in the room which is nice. you can drive right up to the 3rd floor room which was a first for me. no stairs or elevators needed to get to your room. great view of mt rushmore and the town of keystone right from the balcony.

Best location for day trips in the Black Hills. Situated on a ridge you look into the mountain and down to the main street. Wonderful, friendly and service minded personnel. Very clean, nice pool area, and good breakfast with the best coffee so far for us Europeans.

We booked this because it had a queen bed with bunkbeds - we have 2 teenagers and thought this would be great. But the room was so tiny, we barely had a place to put 3 suitcases. It was clean though. They don't provided towels, washcloths daily, you need to ask for them. Breakfast was okay, pancakes, bagels, toast and cereal. Or you could microwave a vegan burrito. It did have a pool and a hot tub, not really big but adequate.
