Quietly tucked away by Fall River, yet only 3 miles to town, this property is a hidden gem. Our guest suite is full of rustic charm, thoughtful amenities, and home away from home vibe. As we took advantage of the full kitchen and enjoyed our dinner, an elk is right outside our door grazing. Owners Phil and Dot are great hosts. We stayed for 3 nights and really felt relaxed! Highly recommend!

We stayed in a spa suite and it was wonderful. Using the spa tub after miles and miles of hiking in RMNP made the aches and pains far more manageable. Everything was clean and linens were excellent. Our room backed up to a lovely stream with swings to relax. This is a great location to enter RMNP as well as an easy drive to town. Everyone was super friendly and Eric is wonderful at check in. He’s super helpful and informative regarding dinner recommendations as well as trails & must see locations within the park. There’s a fire pit for guest use which was great. We were able to meet and chat with a few guests around the fire pit in the evenings. We had an incredible stay and look forward to a return visit.

We are just leaving our stay here and don't want to go home! It's a beautiful location. We had the spa suite, loved the big jet tub and time in the swing by the river. The owners are from our home state, Nebraska, and made us feel right at home. We will be back! Thank you!

We stayed 3 nights . Loved the room and location. We had a second story cabin type room # 4 with balcony with view of a mountain side and small river. The room had a complete kitchen and a dining nook with a view and living room with a chair and couch. The bathroom was ok with ample toiletries and a separate shower/spa . The separate bedroom had a sizable king size bed and the room was amply furnished and equipped with comfortable sheets and mountain themed bed spreads . There were 2 TV with a large selection of channels plus Netflix. The location is ideal for exploring the Rocky Mountain National park. It was only 3 miles from the Fall River entrance to the park and a 5 minute drive to Estes Park where restaurants and shops abound . We even saw herds of elk walking in Estes park during our stay. Highly recommend a stay in Aspen Winds on Fall.

Such a beautiful and tranquil place to stay. The owners are amazing. The rooms are immaculate and cozy and well stocked. Loved that they have chairs right by the river and the ability to use the bnqs and fire pit. We look forward to our next visit.
