The whole hotel was very run down. My room smell stale and dusty, mirrors and bathroom dirty. Bedding old and pillows flat very used. Pool very very strong chlorine. Breakfast was very simple and very little choice. Front seat staff not friendly or welcoming. It desperately needs and whole new face lift top to bottom and staff training on customer service.

i've stayed at this hotel three previous times. I've noticed it was great the first time in ~'12. Came back in '20 and it started showing its age. Now, the gym is about half working. The bike broken in March is still broken. The shower knob fell off and the HVAC system had its ups and down. I heard they have a new owner which will refurbish the hotel. Location is convenient for downtown access. there is plenty of parking. I didn't eat there.

Be Very Careful Booking The Hilton Garden Inn In Kalispell

In August my wife and I booked a room at the Hilton Garden Inn in Kalispell, as we had done many times before. While the price this time seemed VERY inflated, we had always enjoyed our stay and booked the room for multiple nights. Since we are both in our 70's, we became concerned about the COVID threat and cancelled the reservation less than 24 hours later. Although the cancellation was handled properly, the refund was not. After many months of speaking to the hotel manager, who promised the refund, we were told "there is nothing that can be done" to get our refund. Convenient - for Hilton. Be very careful!

My friend I stayed here while we were visiting Glacier National Park. It's about a 45 minute drive. The hotel was nice, the fitness center was open and I was able to use the treadmill one night before it broke so I just ran around the room for my exercise the other nights. It wasn't a big deal as I was the only one in the room at the time. Easy check-in and check-out, all contactless. Would stay here again if in the area.

Didn’t have the shuttle running and wouldn’t give us a voucher. Uber’s/lyfts are very hard to come by and expensive when you can get one. Does not say anything about that anywhere on the website and we were counting on the shuttle as we did not have a car. Very irritating.
