Not what you expect from a Hilton Property
On Tuesday, April 21 we had a lovely experience at the Hilton as I always have in the past however on Wednesday,April 22 I tried to check in for another night and was confronted with the most rude front desk manager I have ever encountered anywhere. Thank goodness I had used HOTELS.COM to book the room and they were able to help me get in my room. I truly am sorry this happened because I live about 70 miles from Kalispell and Hilton Garden Inn was my go to when I had to be there overnight.
I am. 70 year old woman, my husband was being treated at Kalispell Regional Hospital and I just needed sleep. I did not get managers name because here name badge was turned backwards.
This is not what you expect from a Hilton property. Manager said she had been blistered on the internet many times before. Very unpleasant. The front desk people, previously, had been terrific and efficient

Overnight stay very nice
Location on Hwy 93 very convenient for overnight stop. Large lobby very inviting and comfortable. Staff very accommodating and pleasant. Room was clean, with a couple of minor maintenance issues in the bathroom. Pool area with hot tub enjoyable. Breakfast service reduced due to Covid, but staff serving was very engaging and efficient. She shared tips about local attractions. Would probably stay closer to the airport next time, but the shuttle driver was also very attentive and timely.

What a dump!
Not up to Hilton quality. Rooms dirty, tired. Someone else's opened water in our fridge. Hairdryer and toilet seat broken. Bedding dingy. Towels threadbare. AC/heat noisy. We were here 3 days and there was an abandoned luggage cart in front of the 4th floor elevator the entire time. Smokers congregating outside rear exit. Just yuk in general.

Hilton Garden Inn Kalispell MT
At a time when we were somewhat stranded because of snow and ice, we found the Hilton GArden Inn at Kalispell most welcoming and friendly. Lobby and dining area were somewhat chilly, but the service was excellent. Quiet, clean and inviting. An excellent choice.

I am a frequent traveler and usually stay at Hilton properties. My main complaint with this hotel is every time someone opens or closes the door to their room you can hear it as the doors slam so loudly. We were also given an adjoining room and could hear the people next to us when they came in late and were simply talking. The heating and a/c unit was also on it’s last legs and made allot of noise. I did ask to change rooms but was told there was nothing available. Also, as a Hilton Diamond we didn’t appreciate the wait staff in the morning telling us to make sure we do not order “like” six items off the menu for our breakfast. Lastly I was not thrilled to be up at the crack of dawn because of the slamming doors.
