Hotel staff helpful. At check-in: offered information for dining; at checkout: asked if we needed help with luggage. The pool and hot tub facilities are clean and inviting. The 2 fitness centers one with new cardio machines, the other strength training equipment. Rooms updated and convenient: great night sleep. I will definitely stay again.

It was all perfect!

Had an amazing experience, I would recommend to all my friends and family. I see myself staying here once again. They have an amazing staff, everyone is friendly. Happy to see that they have a shuttle going on!

Nice clean hotel close to airport. Beds are comfy. Can't believe cost $300 to stay at a Hampton Inn in the off season but that is the going rate in the area. Nothing more to say but tripadvisor requires me to fill up the box

Hotel is meh. Restaurant sucks.

You cannot find someone at the front desk to help you in the morning or evening (Sept 27 evenng, Sept 28 morning). I ate at the restaurant twice. Service was poor. Very slow. Food was ok when I ordered a burger, but horrible when I ordered a steak. I wanted med rare, sent it back, got a medium, said I am done. They still charged me and I had to buy a flipping pizza for dinner. Whatever.

Rooms were clean and hotel has been updated but too dog-friendly in the eating area

Rooms were clean and hotel has been updated but too dog-friendly in the eating area. This is a rather expensive hotel during the summer but I guess that is because it is near Glacier National Park. The room was nice, updated and clean. We did not like the fact that people would bring their dogs to sit on furniture like couches in the breakfast area and feed the dogs breakfast food intended for people. That is unsanitary to me. Feed your dogs in your room! I think hotel staff should have stopped that. Breakfast was OK. I was used to Hilton Garden Inn's having cooked to order breakfast that you had to pay for. I actually prefer that rather then a free buffet because buffets had frozen scrambled eggs and limited selection. It gets a 4 based on room cleanliness but I subtracted a point for breakfast and cost.
