Unexpected Excellence!

Published Date: Nov, 5, 2022 Travel Date: Oct, 1, 2022 Rating: 5 We will stay here again for several reasons: I was actually able to make the reservation with an on-site person, Lloyd, who was so nice and helpful. The entire hotel was impeccably clean. Beds were very comfy. All employees were VERY nice, smiley and helpful. Our room was upgraded which was very appreciated - we were hungry travelers so this really helped (great snacks and drinks)! The location was perfect to our needs - quiet with a view of the mountains/valley, yet close to great restaurants just minutes away and a nice grocery store. We look forward to a future stay and an open restaurant after the lovely remodel in progress - we will be back!

Published Date: Oct, 17, 2022 Travel Date: Sep, 1, 2022 Rating: 1 Hilton will never get my business again. As I can see from other reviews, Hilton has let other customers down as well. I even had Alaska Airlines fight for me to no avail, seeing as it was the airline's fault, I needed to cancel my room. Customer service is dead in this country. There are too many other hotel chains to choose from Hilton, for you to be ill-mannered and hold onto $238 from the little guy. Yes, I am fully aware that the room was a non-refundable room; I am the one who purchased said room. However, I am a Hilton Honors member (for only a short period of time longer) and with other loyalty programs, unforeseen events can sometimes be waved on occasion. Especially if it is the first offense. So buyer beware! You are dealing with a narcissistic company that really thinks its property/company is pretty special. As far as I can read from the other comments, maybe you can keep other free money Hilton and update your properties a bit.

Like Hilton but NOT this Hotel!

Published Date: Oct, 11, 2022 Travel Date: Sep, 1, 2022 Rating: 2 The positive was the room was clean, neat and comfortable. Unfortunately, everything else seemed to fall apart. Each morning the breakfast was not ready at the time they said it would be and then when it came it was not close to enough for the people waiting - even coffee was not available at 0700. A fire alarm went off the first morning at 0630, there were loud dogs right down from our room that barked a lot, then they had a large paryt or wedding and saved no room for the hotel guests to park. The party took up everything and hotel guests had to park far away. The front desk staff never had answers to anything and never apologized for anything. This hotel needs help!

The only problem was a floor lamp did not work and made the room dark for reading. Breakfast is not included. There are restaurants within walking distance. The staff was helpful. I recommend!

Hot breakfast at last again!

Published Date: Sep, 20, 2022 Travel Date: Sep, 1, 2022 Rating: 5 Nice spacious rooms, big screen TV and good wifi. Hot breakfast with good options though would be nice to have veggie options like impossible sausages too. Would be nice to extend breakfast time to 11am for some of us late sleepers!
