We loved the entire experience and the staff was very helpful and friendly. From check in to check out they made everything very easy. Being in Alaska for the first time we also got a few travel tips and places to go from the friendly staff. It was great!

The room was clean. The wasn't a restaurant or lounge so if you wanted to have lunch or dinner you had to get a taxi or uber or walk. The shuttle van was used only for picking up and dropping off customers at the airport.

This was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. At check in they did not have any of the details I told them over the phone (cash at checkout and a pet). That took awhile to straighten out. Finally in our room it was awful, the sheets looked like they had not been changed, they were wrinkled, the bed was not professionally made. The room was dirty, there was a half eaten cookie and a used q-tip on the floor. One of the lights in the bathroom was out, the exhaust fan didn't work and the toilet was loose and rocked. When we went out the card key wouldn't open the outer door so we had to walk all the way around and come in via the lobby. At check-out they mistakenly charged my card for the nights stay AND charged me cash for one night (at the time I didn't know about the credit card charge)!

The room was fine but the bathtub is very slippery. We had to ask for soap. They seemed understaffed for the large group of military personnel staying there. The grab and go breakfast was good. There is an airport zhuttle.

A pleasant stay!

The lobby of this hotel definitely welcomed us to Alaska!! It was large and house a bear and wolf. What a greeting!! Our room was large and spacious. It was clean, comfortable and offered free Wi-Fi. It has a safe, fridge and microwave. It’s close to the airport and restaurants. But to visit Fairbanks, one needs a car, or to use Lyft. The staff was friendly and helpful.
