Really enjoyed my stay except that they shut down the internet about 12am. It comes back up at 8 am. It was a problem because I can't sleep all night. Other than that. I really enjoyed the service, the room and the staff was really nice.

Super accommodations for a great price in early October. Our room was very well-kept, spacious and uniquely designed, featuring a fire place. A scenic location, exceptionally close to the Keystone Boardwalk and to the Mount Rushmore Memorial. Lots of fun things to do in Keystone including shopping, eating, and sight-seeing.

Wyndham should be embarrassed to be linked to this hotel. I love Wyndham and never had any issues with any of their hotels until now. After driving for 13 hours, I would like to be greeted by a smiling friendly face instead I got no smile and a look like I’d rather be anywhere else but working here and dying flowers. And that was for all 3 of the desk employees that I seen in the 2 days I was there. I didn’t stay for my already paid for 3rd day because this hotel is disgusting, depressing and not worth the value you pay. The WI-FI is a joke; it doesn’t work even with their suggested steps. The pool area is absolutely disgusting! Crickets dead in the bottom of the green pool, blood stains on the ground and if by some chance it was clean and if you are handicap; the machines to lower you into the water are both broke. There was a few occasions I seen people waiting for an employee to check in. One family was waiting for a good 20 minutes. There was a hand made sign saying they will be back. Walking to my room is depressing too. You walk straight into seeing the laundry room with their doors always opened and seeing people doing laundry. If I wanted to be reminded of laundry I’d have stayed home. Then my view from my window was also depressing. I understand it can not be helped, but it was a rock wall with little sunlight coming in. I wish I would have known so I could of chosen something else. So if you like it dark that would be perfect for you. Don’t waste your money here. Do not waste your money staying here.

Needed a nice bed and shower.

Location was convenient to Mt Rushmore. We'd been camping and this hotel break was appreciated. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Room was clean. Slept well. Property is a bit dated, but that wasn't a big problem. Parking lot slots were very tight. Reasonable value for all things considered.

The rooms were extremely small and NOT PRIVATE Our room had 2 doors that could be unlocked that would open to the adjoining room This offered very little privacy. The. walls were thin and you could hear through the door. Night 1 The person next door snored like a bear Night 2. The neighbors were arguing. My husband knocked on the adjoining door and asked them to stop.
