Room was small with 2 queen beds in and not a lot of room for cases decided to stay extra night but had to check out for 11 and check in at 4. New room was bigger and didn’t smell of chlorine from the pool un like the smaller room. It did however had a bad damp patch in the corner constant nose ALL night from a huge fan air conditioning unit couple of feet away so not a good nights sleep had at all during the stay. No tv available during our 3 night stay unless we wanted to watch hallmark which we did not. Went to jacuzzi one night with husband but it was full of kids under 5 ‘s splashing around while father sat on a chair.

no free breakfast had to go to resturant on site the food was good But when i made reservation i was told free breakfast Had a great stay location was great Staff was very friendly made you feel like home

We stayed two nights. The room was small for two queen beds but very nice and bed was comfortable. There was an issue with the hairdryer not working. I reported it that morning to the front desk day clerk, who advised a maintenance person would look at it, but they had no other dryers as a replacement. If I wanted to buy one, the nearest store was several miles away. Not a viable option! We returned later in the day and still no working dryer. By then, Lori B. was on the evening desk shift. I explained my frustration at not being able to do anything with my hair, and she went out of her way to solve the problem. She called their sister hotel, who provided a hairdryer, then Lori delivered it to our room. She showed the best example of customer service I have encountered in our travels!

After driving 13 hours from Illinois I arrived at the Ramada to snag the last room for my family. The room was very tight with a bed pushed up to the air conditioner which didn't work on a day that reached 91 degrees. I went back to the front desk hoping for another room, but was told instead by the clerk there are no other rooms. I stated I wanted my money returned. I was told by the clerk her manager would not return and there would be nothing they could do. My husband demanded he or someone else in charge resolve this. Mr. CASEY MCNULTY,the manager in charge did return, but not without giving me bad attitude and excuses. He eventually said he didn't need our business they do well enough. Ramada wake up! This guy is driving your business right into the arms of other hotels nearby. By the way cockroaches in the lobby stay for free.

Nice clean hotel, clean rooms, service was good, rooms our good size on the side we was. Good location. We stayed in King Size bedroom & My stayed in a 2 Queen Bedroom. We would come back to this hotel.
