Great location to Rushmore
The Ramada is right downtown next to the train tracks in the heart of the small town of Keystone. It’s a short drive up the mountain to Mount Rushmore and has a fun family feel to it. Don’t let the fun paint job on the outside distract you. Very friendly staff and clean comfortable rooms.

Keystone was okay, but the breakfast was odd. No Norwegian would ever sprinkle their eggs and bacon with powdered sugar. Mt. Rushmore is a place for Americans first. Foreigners will enjoy the mountain, but will not connect with the overly national and military praise.

What a disappointment...
We rolled in after dark, and after checking in, asked what time breakfast was served, and where was the restaurant? We were told unapologetically, that it was now off season, and there was no restaurant, and no breakfast. Oh My, we were tired after a long day on the road, and had read on the website, when we booked, that we could get dinner, and that breakfast was included. "Impossible." said the desk clerk. "Maybe the pizza place, down the Boardwalk is still open." Needless to say, we were disappointed... On a positive note... the beds were comfortable. Please update your website to let off season visitors know what to expect.

A hotel room with not a single Hagar, no closet and no hooks! Not quite sure what to make of it, but would definitely avoid this place. The town is completely for short-visiting tourists and this hotel is no exception. They are not geared for more than a one night stay.

Nice and comfortable. I wish hotels would understand the need for suitcase space! I put the ironing board across the chair for a place to open my suitcase.
We had a nice breakfast here. The bed was very comfortable and the room and bath were nice and clean. Would stay here again.
