So sorry to say it was a great disappointment. Three nights, and was not inexpensive. Surprise! They won’t replace used towels or remove trash, clients must request cleaning service. Used pod in coffee maker, trash under bed, shampoo bottle empty, shower dripped, ran out of TP, fridge froze our food, can’t call front desk, TV not working. 10 am shower not hot. Laundry washer and dryer required quarters; they had none. Vending machines use credit cards. Ice machine broken. Only fake chemical creamer for coffee and tea. Cleaning crew friendly and accommodating. Management seems overwhelmed. Beds comfy and temperature perfect. Pool very nice. Good parking.

Rooms was clean enough , toilet was very stained , carpets are tired and really due an upgrade , there is an indoor pool and food is available next door as a discounted rate We arrived early and had to wait to check in which is annoying as the hotel definitely wasn’t fully booked Reception staff wasn’t very friendly at all checkout was even worse honestly Looks like they don’t want to be there nor work Great that coffee was available for free

This Ramada Inn was very clean. This hotel is near many attractions: Custer St. Park, Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse Monument, Devil's Tower. During our 3 day stay, the staff was helpful and cheerful. The small town is quiet and we felt safe. The hotel has a restaurant, called the Front Porch. and we recommend the buffalo burger. Adjacent to the hotel is an 1880 boardwalk with a variety of shops, and restaurants. The price is lower than most hotels nearby.

The best thing about the Ramada was the walking distance to several restaurants, especially the ones on the boardwalk. It was also walking distance to the shops and the 1880 Train Station. Our room was a little small, but our friend had a more spacious room. Laundry room was available. DirectTV was available in our room, but it did go out when a rainstorm went by. Not a bad place to stay.

This hotel was perfectly located in the heart of Keystone and a short drive to Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse and Custer State Park. The room was cozy and had all the amenities of home with a mini frig, microwave and coffee maker. It also had a hair dryer, iron and ironing board for our use. There was coffee 24/7 in the lobby and the most friendly and professional staff! We were steps from the 1880's boardwalk with the souvenir shops, restaurants and pubs! We will definitely be back for a return trip!
