Clerk was very rude and short with us at checking we also called in to verify late check in and was put on hold for 1 hour until finally answering phone. Room we got was small and cramped to were the bed was smashed against a/c unit to were it impaired it’s functioning until we moved bed away from unit.

Very rundown. Unfriendly staff. When reservation made & asked if restaurant/bar on site they said yes but failed to mention it was closed for season. Room service? Not. Hot breakfast? Only thing hot was coffee & frozen burrito you warm up in microwave. Shower plunger not maintained so shower didn’t fully work. Shower bar rusted & stained items left to dry. DO NOT stay here even though location good.

I will start by saying our room was clean when we checked in for 3-nights. Our stay went downhill from there. Our room faced the parking lot which is lit up with a lot of lights at night and there are no blackout shades in the room which left our room too bright for sleeping. The bed is hard as a rock. My husband and I both had back aches each morning and tossed and turned all night. We went out to site see the first day and after being gone all day, came back to find our room had not been serviced. We decided to cut our stay short by one night and the hotel would not honor an early check out and charged us for the last night. They take their 48 hour cancelation policy seriously. I sort of expected to be stuck paying for the last night we were not going to use but the desk clerk just kept telling us we couldn't check out early so we got quite a runaround as we were trying to leave. She called her manager while we were standing there and started talking to him about other issues at the hotel rather than our issue. Definitely poor customer service which is what prompted me to take the time to write a review.

Sad stay.

We have stayed at this hotel each year, around the same time, twice. Even though it was overnight we were amazed that the rooms were very small. The 1st year they gave us a room with 2 queen beds and only 1 sided access to each of beds. You had to crawl over spouse to get in and out of bed. Didn’t have coffee maker at time because of Covid. Fast forward exactly a year later. Could not check in until after 5 (even as a premier member and requested early checking). The front desk was actually more interested in getting the bus tour checked in before us. However we had been there twice to checkin and they would not let us. Understand they are a priority and more important. However, we did get there first. Room hair dryer did not work, cover of AC unit fell off wall in middle of night and shower curtain rod was falling off. . Asked to use restroom while waiting. How horrible was that. It was completely dirty and should have been closed if they were unable to clean. We have been Wyndham members for quite a few years and very surprised at how negligible this facility has been as well as others in the past year. I have worked in the hospital and hotel industry for close to 25 years. Mostly as a manager as a hospitality house. We are so very disappointed as to courtesy and service. Please train and review room comfort over heads to beds. Thank you

The good: The room was clean. The rate was reasonable. The location is great. The bad: The pool area was gross. The hot tub had unknown substances floating in it two days in a row and there was stuff on the floor of the tub. They obviously don't clean it. The blue pool deck is blackened and looks dirty. First thing in the morning there were no towels in the pool area and the hamper was overflowing from the day before. There is no room cleaning/service for guests during your stay. The key cards constantly stopped working and I had to get them reprogrammed. The front desk did this for me without even verifying that it was my room (scary). The wifi setup is not very professional - to get connected on an Apple device would be difficult for many.
