Comfortable, clean, fairly new hotel 30 minutes from Olympic NP
We don't usually stay at Quality Inns but this one was very clean and pretty new and pretty close to Olympic National Park. There are not many hotels in the area. The room was comfortable and quiet and cool during a hot spell. The check in help was cheerful. The breakfast plentiful and well managed by the hard working young man who was keeping everything well stocked. We also appreciated having laundry facilities to clean our clothes as we were half way through a 12 day trip of the NW.

Decent place and not too expensive for the area
We were very pleased with our stay at this Quality Inn in Sequim. During this COVID thing it's been hard to find hotels that were still serving breakfast buffet. Many just have a "grab & go" or nothing, even though they say they have breakfast. Anyway, they just had us wear masks while we were serving ourselves. Also had to sanitize our hands and put on plastic gloves, but then we were able to choose from omlettes, sausage, potato patties, bagels & toast, gravy, 4 fruit juices, coffee, tea, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, 3 flavors of packaged muffins, danish. No cereal was offered strangely enough. You could eat in the breakfast room or go back to your room with your food. Most chose to go back to their room.
In the room, the shower/toilet was separated from the sink area. The room seemed clean. TV was on the small side, but adequate. The bed was definitely on the firm side, which was my only real complaint about the hotel. But given everything else, we would probably stay here again if in the area. Staff was very friendly.

Best front desk agents
Stayed here with my dog and wanted to enjoy the pool. Can’t leave your dog unattended in room so my boyfriend and I were going to take turns going to the pool because of the dog, but the front desk agent Jessica was so sweet and offered to watch my dog!!! That was the best service I have ever had at a hotel!!

Disgusting smokey smelling hotel and rooms
I checked in with my family very late only to find that our room smelled heavily of smoke. The hotel would not move us and when I asked that we shorten our stay the management refused to refund us for the remaining nights, despite admitting that the "non-smoking" rooms smelled of smoke. The breakfast room was WAY over crowded with coughing people and no ventilation. This place is also right by the highway and a bunch of ugly parking lots. So gross!!! Stay at the Olympic Lodge in Port Angeles. It is a far superior hotel and very similar in price.

Would certainly stay here again!
The hotel is conveniently located, hotel & room were completely clean, the people at the front desk were very friendly. One wall of our room was covered in wallpaper of a forest! It was beautiful and relaxing.
When we decided to leave a day early because of the smoke, they worked to refund our money even though we had booked through hotels.com. (Hotels didn't give us a refund, but the hotel folks really tried! Wouldn't book through Hotels again.) I would stay here again without hesitation.
