Three Bears restaurant was excellent. I had heard about their bison meatloaf and chili, but when we arrived, they had a lamb shank special enough for two. It did not disappoint. Good local brews as well. So good!

Rewieving the restaurant : Three Bears - Best experience in a long time… The food = very nice 👍 - but the waiter…!!! (67Kevin) what an experience - great sence of humor and very serviceminded in his own way…👍🤣🙌🤣🤣🤣

We loved our stay here! Nothing fancy—- we didn’t expect or want fancy. Very clean and the perfect spot for our snowmobiling trip. The food was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! We have told so many people how great this place was. Really unexpectedly great food! Really.

The info on this property says the lodge was constructed in 2009 and the rooms were remodeled in 2011. That's 12 years ago and the rooms need to be remodeled at this point. There is a lot of dark wood and that, along with limited windows, make the rooms very dark. The bathroom was quite small and cramped. We stayed in a two bedroom "suite" with a very weird layout. You enter the suite into one bedroom that had a sink area and the bathroom itself but no place to really sit other than the beds. Then you go through a door into the other bedroom that had a desk and a sink. So the second bedroom people had do go through the first bedroom to get in and out or to use the bathroom. Awkward... However, the room appeared to be reasonably clean and it had a small refrigerator and, I believe, a microwave. Also, since this is a somewhat older architecture, room access to a majority of the rooms is from the outside (no secure interior access like most buildings are constructed currently) and you park right by the door to the room so getting luggage and coolers and such into and out of the room was very easy. For reference, we stayed in 402 (see layout picture I attached) so getting to the restaurant was right out our door and a right turn, down a short hall, past the public restrooms and there we were. Note that there are some rooms accessible from the front lobby that are a little more secure if that's a concern. We didn't experience any issues, per se, while we were there. We stayed two nights and honestly, we booked this place because we planned somewhat late and there weren't a lot of places available. But if I had a choice, I would look at some other options if we were going to be back in the area and needed a place to spend the night.

We loved it here!!!! The staff was very friendly and gave us lots of information. We stayed in the main lodge and the rooms were super clean. The location is perfect for walking around town. We booked tours of Yellowstone through the Lodge and they were amazing! We are so glad we stayed here!!!
