Was our 2nd time at River Stone/Bear Paw and it was outstanding. We come to Estes in the winter (off season/small crowds) and stayed in Bear Paw #5. Loved the extra bathroom (upstairs room). If I had a single "complaint" (minor), be sure there are bulbs in all the lighting devices (and there could be more). Overall, HIGHLY recommended (except our unit -- stay out until we come back -- LOL).

The room was great! The people at the desk were great! They were very upbeat, kind and very helpful! We want to invite friends for our next trip and would recommend staying at River Stone Resorts and Bear Paw Suites. Great job!!

The condo was great - 1 bedroom with a living room, kitchen, comfortable bed and washer/dryer. It had everything I needed for my stay. Easy access to RMNP and Estes Park for hiking in the former and dinner or shopping in town

Peaceful stay with the river right there. This is a really nice place to stay. Clean, and comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. Didn't really use the kitchen to cook but did use the grill. Close to the RMNP and to town.

Close to the entrance to Rocky Mountain Nat. Park, the Bear Paw suites were ideal for our rest stop after travelling the Plains states. Plenty of room, comfy furniture, bed was good. Stayed in ground floor one bedroom unit. No issue with noise from above. Had all of the things we needed. A couple of miles drive to "downtown" Estes Park. Plenty of restaurant choices there. Staff was friendly and helpful. Liked the stream/brook that ran by the front of the room. Very peaceful, quiet and restful. Just lovely.
