Rooms are very dingy and dark. Shower never worked, fridge had a build up of ice so it never kept anything cold, they offered us 10% off at checkout, now as I read the reviews you offer that 10% off a lot. That should tell you something is not right. Read your reviews and do something, don’t just reply and say sorry hope you come back again.

I would stay here again

Overall my experience was good. I found the hotel standard queen bed a bit smaller so I upgraded to a king in the newer part and it was better. I would stay here again and I know which room I will book. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Ev charging for non tesla was great 👍

Excellent stay!

A great stay at Forest Park Hotel. A great location (a short walk into town which was useful after a day's skiing!) and some fabulous places to eat nearby. Hotel friendly and new accommodation was excellent. Comfortable, stylish, clean and well appointed. Would 100% recommend for a stay in Jasper particularly for families.

Jasper was amazing! So were the new room renovations!!!

It was great to be back in Jasper to see the beauty of the mountains and also see the town full of people enjoying themselves. We spent our time at Forest Park Hotel (formerly The Sawridge). I couldn’t believe how nice the new renovations were in the Alpine Wing! I can’t wait to see the rest of the hotel once it’s done later this year! Jasper is open for business and waiting to greet you!

Hold your breath.

The four rooms we booked were not ready by check in time. Two of the patrons were moved to other rooms. Had to check with staff several times. The front desk informed me they were overbooked and behind. The rooms had a nasty, chemical smell that DID NOT GO AWAY. The front desk stated they installed diffusers and they went in as well to check out the smell. Suggested another room but all 4 rooms had the same nasty smell. Had to keep patio door open all times and it snowed. Brrrr. Your front desk staff did not seem too concerned with the smell that was giving us headaches and dizziness. You might want to consider keeping the dining area or portion of it open for guests that want to have coffee past the breakfast rush times. People were running, talking loudly, slamming room doors and visiting in the room halls well into the early morning ( 4:30 am). Disturbing to guests who wanted to sleep at 4:30 am. At no time did any staff come through asking them to observe quiet time. When we checked out, the front desk acted like they had not heard of the above noted problems before. I received a 10% discount to placate my concerns, Basically, the tax was not charged. No other guests in the party of 4 was given this.
