At the Manor Office, people were extremely informative of where to get a late night snack/dinner. At the Manor Office, there was blueberry muffins made every morning, sometimes still warm, with coffee, tea, juice, yogurt, snack bars and fresh fruit. Stock up for your hiking trip. The Office informed us we needed to reserve a time to go to Cadillac Mountain. When hiking in the Park/Cadillac Mountain, take snacks/lunch and water up the mountain. There aren't any stores up there. Fyi, there were no bathrooms open on Cadillac Mt. when we were there. The Manor is close to the Village. We walked from the Manor to the Village and to Main Street, also, with many restaurants and shopping. Parking in the Village is very limited. Our room was very quiet as well as our entire stay. Hotel was very clean as well as its property. Book early. They book up fast.

The Bar Harbor Manor is an excellent place to stay. It is within walking distance of downtown, so there is no need to search for or pay to park your car to enjoy all the little shops in town!!! Acadia National Park is only a short drive from the Manor, about 5 minutes away!!! Constance, Penny and Christopher are all extraordinary staff members who are very cordial and easy to talk to about points of interest and restaurants in the local area!!! They know all the best restaurants!!! They are also very eager to help if you encounter any problems or have any questions during your stay. If you should encounter any problem, they will do all they can to correct matters to your complete satisfaction!!! You will thoroughly enjoy your stay at the Bar Harbor Manor!!!

The king room in the hotel is perfect for a solo or a couple, it's not just the bed that is a king, the room is very large as well. A nice sitting area by the window and a desk large enough to actually do some work. Sparkling clean and a large bathroom as well, with great shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and shower gel. Better than the room and the continental breakfast with the BEST muffins are the hotel front desk staff. They go over and above to make your stay exceptional. I had planned to stay one night, checked out, visited Acadia and went back for a second night! Their recommendations for dinner were also spot on. Hope to go back soon!

We loved staying here! The hotel staff couldn’t have been friendlier!! Extremely helpful with any questions about the area. Hotel is in an ideal location both close to the main street and Acadia national park. Would definitely recommend staying here!

I’m not one to leave a review but I need to for bar harbor manor. My room was clean which is always my biggest fear and it was also adorable and comfortable. The staff (especially Christopher and Constance) were not only friendly and hospitable but also very knowledgeable about places to eat, check out and Constance was a great guide for all things hiking in and around Acadia. I’ll be back 😊
