Lovely hotel, poor breakfast

The hotel was well situated, well kept, and very welcoming. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with a very comfortable bed. However the continental breakfast, although included, was rather disappointing - plastic cutlery, cardboard plates and cups, and poor coffee. Such a shame as the hotel itself and the staff are lovely

One of the best hotels in Bar Harbor. It was open early in the season when Acadia NP was still closed. The other hotels were either not open or partially open. It was our first visit to this hotel and it far exceeded our expectations.

The hotel is beautifully decorated. The room was spacious and immaculate. The breakfast alone was worth the price!

My second time at this hotel. Cleanest rooms and facilities. Wonderful staff who is very welcoming and knowledgeable of the area.

The location is perfect for walking to restaurants, and shops. movies, and even trails such as the Shore Path and Bar Island, which is not to be missed! The hotel is super quiet and comfortable with one of the best free breakfast spreads I have ever seen with plenty of hot and cold items and fresh fruit. Pleasant, friendly, super helpful staff round out the outstanding experience. Several other guests commented on what a great hotel it is! It's also very close to the Park Loop Road.
