I highly recommend this hotel.
1. You are about a ten minute shuttle ride from Zion Park. This is a plus because you are the first shuttle stop - if you are closer to the park it’s very difficult to get a seat on the shuttle.
2. Each hotel has a balcony where you can sit out and eat and drink on. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern.
3. The saloon, restaurant and lobby are also a plus. Very friendly staff - the bartender is amazing!
4. Central location near all of the restaurants.
Highly recommend this hotel.

We had an air bnb that didn’t work for us so we found this hotel online. So glad we did! Super clean and quiet rooms. Beds were decent-not the worst but not the best. Beautiful setting. Close to Zion. It is at the beginning on town which wasn’t a problem when we went in November but I can imagine traffic gets bad during the summer. It’s a left turn to get onto the Main Street to Zion. Lots of restaurants nearby. I’d stay again!

Mediocre at best
Rooms are mediocre. Refrigerator but no microwave. No extra anything. Was really looking forward to a nice meal with my wife after a good day, but waiter, GABE, totally screwed up order. Wouldn't eat there again. We cut our stay short.

Beware! Staff member Genna Racist and unprofessional
Genna speaks to you with no respect and has no class. She was speaking this way in front of a trainee.
We requested a room with no noise. She said we got the best room with great views and lower level under a large suite to where we shouldn't hear anything. FALSE, there was a wedding party in the pool all night, and kids running back forth in the suite above us and next to the stairs. Night staff said they would move our room across the hotel away from the pool etc in the morning. Morning came and Genna said she wasn't moving us and we had to leave. She said her manager Erik who is working from home would tell us the same. We were homeless, had a 15 day booked for our 12th year anniversary and birthdays celebration at this hotel for thousands of dollars, flew in from another state and having to find a hotel during spring break. We asked if we could leave our bags while we look for another hotel and Genna said sure but we are charging you for another night. I made the reservations with her weeks before and she said we we're getting a quiet room with views and so majestic. We got a room viewing the parking lot and the pool and the sounds of kids running back and forth above us and the sound of the highway. The worst part of it all is, as we were trying to resolve changing rooms with Genna she threatened to call security to move us out of the hotel. We are in our 70's! Worst experience in hospitality we have ever experienced.

Nice place, sloppy details
While the rooms are beautiful and the balconies are amazing, it’s the small things that made this hotel only ok. The air conditioner did not work, there was no microwave in the room, and our alarm clock went off at 5:18AM even though we did not set it! Kinda pissed. Other than that, it’s an ok hotel.
