Good quality and good value place that caters well for park visitors
This place was perfect for us. Staff were friendly and helpful, whole place was perfectly clean, beds were super comfortable, breakfast included a few hot options which changed each day and there were snacks to take for lunch if hiking in the park which changed each day also.
It’s down at bus stop 6, so too far to walk to the park really, so with buses starting at 7am you need to wait until then to go unless you drive to the entrance and park.
Stayed at the Desert Pearl on last trip which is a bit funkier and worth a higher rating, but this place beats it hands down for value.

Superb hotel, best of the Hampton Inns, with great views, rooms, gym, and breakfast
The Hampton Inn in Springdale is exceptional and the staff is first rate, as you indicated. We had a wonderful, well-appointed, large room. The staff greeted us with a pair of snacks and water bottles, that we happily found in the room. Unusual for most hotels, the staff actually had the extra towels and soap we requested right in the room before we arrived. Also a great pool area and fitness centre that is the equal of The Element’s. The mountains around us, right nearby, presented a most lovely view, and the many terraces on the 2nd floor let us view them while comfortably seated. The hotel is different from typical HAmpton structures and most lovely. The breakfast was a cut above what many Hampton Inns now provide and, I would say, rivals The Element. What puts it above many Hampton and Fairfield Inns is the variety of pastries and yogurts, French toast, omelettes, and better assortment of fruits, in addition to the more common presence of breakfast meat and potatoes and self-made waffles. Some of these items actually put it ahead of the Element’s breakfast, although The Element offers a unique array of non-dairy milks and made-to order omelettes, not seen in other hotels in this category.
This hotel’s quality clearly attests to the superior standard established by Ensign Hospitality, who manges this hotel and The Element in Moab, UT.

Left out on the street with my family
You may feel that this is my fault but it's an easy mistake to make. We arrived for a two day stay about 5pm after a long journey to find out that Hampton Inn had given away our room. I was shocked, devastated and stressed! I had made the booking 1 year before not remembering that the week before we left for our holiday my credit card had been replaced. Out of 6 hotel we stayed in in the US only Hampton took our money 24hrs before our arrival, that's fine but without calling me they cancelled our booking and gave our room away. I received an email to that fact as I walked into the hotel at 5pm.
Bryony however was amazing stayed calm when I was ready to rip someone's head off!! She stayed on the phone until she found my family another room at a better hotel. So if your thinking that that would never happen to you just remember that the Best Western up the road is nicer and cheaper and would always try to contact the customer if something similar happen.

Location and view can’t be beat
This hotel has a location that can’t be beat, the rooms overlook the mountains and it’s a breathtaking view. On days that are not hot there is plenty to visit on foot. It’s a short drive to the Park entrance. Service was friendly and room was spacious and clean.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. This hotel is located near the entrance of Zion National Park. You can hop on the free shuttle provided by the city, which drops you off right outside of the park. A bus stop is located right outside of the hotel. Hot breakfast is included in your stay, and the staff is kind enough to provide snacks and fruit every morning for your hikes! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to friends and family.
