Problems before ever setting foot on the property.

My wife uses a wheelchair and I was unable to select an accessible room for any date through any booking method/site. I called a few days ago to ask about an accessible room. I was told that they only have 2 and neither was available for our dates. Fine. They said they could at least put us on the ground floor. Later that day, I see that they have already put the charge for the stay through on my credit card. It was actually a little higher than the final price hotels.com showed. I had booked with "pay at property" on hotels.com. I was not ready to pay yet and intended to use a different method than the one entered on hotels.com.
I called again to ask about this and was told that they didn't make a charge and to contact hotels.com. Hotels.com is not the one who makes charges, the properties do. The manager lied to me. I ended up having to contact an agent at hotels.com. I was over dealing with this place and just wanted the whole thing cancelled and refunded. After a few days, they got the hotel to agree to a refund.

Not your typical Quality Inn! Outdated motel that needs a lot of repairs. Cold breakfast.

Arrived for the continental breakfast at 7 am. The eggs & sausage were still cold. They were not reheated properly. I would not stay here again.

A reasonable stay at a good price

Published Date: Apr, 3, 2025 Travel Date: Apr, 1, 2025 Rating: 4 The Quality Inn is situated some 8 miles south of Panguitch where Route 12 (the road to Bryce Canyon) branches off route 89. As such it is an ideal stopping point. The rooms are clean and tidy and - for us - breakfast was included. This was perfectly adequate but not of the standard that you would get from a local cafe. Nonetheless, it served its purpose well and enabled us to see Bryce Canyon easily.

Perfect place to stay when going to Bryce Canyon

There is a microwave, small fridge, no kettle and not possible to hire one. The motel is surrounded by mountains so you need a car to get to some restaurants etc.

Great location for Bryce N.P.

The hotel has a western theme to it which I can understand given it's location
At the moment it desperately needs repainting inside and out along with much needed maintenance, especially to the walkways and room floors, beds were comfortable and clean.
We found the hotel to be very popular and was probably full when we stayed
