We stayed for 3 days I. The main hotel. First thing rooms are out dated in a bad way. Beds are shot bad should of been changed 10yrs ago. Very low standards as far as house keepers are concerned. So that means dirty rooms while staying over 1 night. Items are not replenish such as tissue, sanitary paper, coffee, etc... now their breakfast I had better in a school cafeteria. Powdered eggs. No meats. Very basic what a shame for a resort. And dont let me forget segregation corner where you don't even have any cover from the rain. The ppl should be able to use their balconies to smoke instead you have to leave your room and go stand on a 6x6 platform with a broken umbrella. What a joke. Never again what a RIP off.

Wonderful stay!

A wonderful hotel, in a beautiful location! This was our first time in Maine and this was a fantastic hotel! The free breakfast is very good and it is located close to Acadia Park and downtown Bar Harbor.

My 20 year old son had an accident in Vermont and needed a bit of recovery time after the hospital stays, on the spur of the moment, I packed some bags, flew up to spend time with him, and took him away for a few days of recovery before going back to work in construction - on a lark, I drove to Maine, made a pit stop at Mt. Washington, and then up to Acadia for a bucket list checkoff for me, and some time away with his Pop. After winding up in Ellsworth, poorly prepared, and nothing jumping out on Google after dinner, Amex pointed me to the Atlantic Oceanside with a fairly late checkin. The night staff, Sophia, Keanna, and the night shift manager Eric, all treated me, and my son, so kindly. I felt almost like family with all 3 employees, their kind words, sense of humor, and helpful manner instantly made the stay as nice, or better, than a 5 star hotel. The rooms are very clean, the property very kempt, and everything in good working order. We're here for 4 days, and I look forward to seeing the location and property in the morning. BUT, and I have traveled globally and frequently, the first impression sets the tone. These 3 employees really set the tone so well. I wish I was treated like this occasionally, but its rare these days to find such a first impression as these 3. I cannot recommend the hotel more, if it were twice the price. Thank you so very much for what promises to be a wonderful recovery time for my son, and abot of a break for me. Well done to the entire crew, if these people are representative of the property.

We stayed here July 2-5. We had a first floor room with 2 queens and a cot and a patio. Our room was oceanfront. The view was very pretty! The room was nice. We had five people in it and it was a little tight with the cot but doable. The cot mattress was thin and not super comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was good. I really liked the location. It was away from the Bar Harbor crowds but a really quick drive to get to Bar Harbor. Very close the the Acadia Hulls Cove visitor center and park entrance. Sophia at the front desk was very helpful and very professional. I would definitely stay here again.

What can I say.... simply an amazing getaway! We booked the room on Tuesday morning for arriving that night! I booked us into the “Willows”, which is the old house from the 1800’s on the property. It has the most amazing view from the comfy king size bed and a shared porch(we stayed in room 821). I had also ordered for us some Prosecco and it was there in the room waiting for us! The room was great, the bathroom was great, the bed was comfy and the whole place was gorgeous and well cared for! Super clean and the staff was top notch! Definitely going back and making sure that all my friends go here too!
