Complimentary happy hour drinks, help with booking tours and a great restaurant too. The hardest part was getting bags from the car to the hotel, but they do have carriers. Our room was clean and comfortable, expensive but well worth it when we could look out our window to the glacier. There are fish in the lake across the street, although they don't grow to a huge size. With only 32 rooms, it's worth the stopover and they will help you book tours with skybridge and Glacier tour.

Elegant property, cold room

Other than that, it’s a beautiful property and all the staff are friendly and accommodating.

Stunning location, beautiful hotel!

The products in the bathroom were very nice as well. We were welcomed with a cocktail and delicious charcuterie. We included the Columbia Icefield Adventure in our package. This was great because it meant we had private access at the beginning and end of the day to the skywalk and on the glacier. No standing in long queues! The guides were knowledgeable and entertaining. We also had a delicious dinner with fantastic views at Altitude Restaurant.

Unique experience

We were driving the Icefields Parkway and wanted to take our time to take in every moment, so we booked here for 1 night. We booked a package which included a room with Glacier View, an evening tour of the glass Skywalk and a morning trip onto the Glacier as well as dinner and breakfast at Altitude restaurant. We had a truly unique experience and are so pleased that we did this. Initially we had a little trouble accessing the hotel as we had not been forwarded the email with the key code for the private car park (separate to the main car parking area) but this got sorted. We were given our room with a brilliant view of the glacier from the bed. Later there was a drinks reception for guests in the lobby before some chose to do the Skywalk. Later we had dinner at Altitude which far exceeded our expectations. Lovely food and a stunning view of the glacier, the same goes for breakfast. In the morning the hotel guests were the first onto the glacier for the day, making it feel rather exclusive. Special thanks to Logan who accompanied us with excellent commentary,

searching for rooms in Jasper for about 2 hours. Jasper was booked except for expensive rooms!
We loved the location of the lodge to Athabasca, Stanley, and Sunwapta Falls.
We would stay here again instead of going into Jasper.
