Usual excellent Four Seasons experience and luxury in an incredible setting. We were visiting for a short family getaway and this turned out perfectly with our group of five. The resort arranged a wonderful tour of Yellowstone for us with Brandon and provided high quality picnic and snacks. The only improvement would be to staff the pool for service during happy hour.

Polished service and a beautiful location!

The Four Seasons Jackson Hole is a wonderful option (and likely the best option) for your Jackson / Grand Teton vacation! I stayed in a Valley Side room (base room) and thought it was very well designed. There is a large TV over the fireplace, plenty of luggage storage, sliding doors that opened to a nice view of the motor court and hillside beyond the resort and a large bathroom. The general aesthetic of dark woods, light walls and big windows which is a theme throughout the hotel is present in the rooms and creates a cozy and relaxing atmosphere in which to pass the time. The resort's facilities themselves are well laid out. Rather than have one massive rectangular resort pool, the FS has numerous smaller pools and hot tubs (four or five in total) which create ample seating and are open year round. The gym is large and has a lot of natural light, while the spa has an airy boutique and plenty of treatment rooms especially given the relatively low room count (158 rooms and suites) of the resort. The hotel opened in 2003 and the design is timeless. Other than some fraying carpets near the elevator bank, I don't think you would be able to guess that the hotel was almost 20 years old. A key contribution to the timelessness of the hotel is the impeccable service. Every staff member I interacted with, from check-in to the restaurant and lounge service to housekeeping and in-room dining was incredibly polished and warm. I had requested a specific pillow during my last Four Seasons stay through the app (mind you, at a different Four Seasons) , and it was waiting for me in my room upon check-in. When we sat down at an outdoor fire pit we were greeted quickly and allowed to place drink outdoors before our dinner. The housekeeping team replaced my cheap bookmark with a nice branded one during AM service and requests for cleaning were always quickly fulfilled the next time we were out of the room. The food was also excellent. West Bank Grill as well as in-room dining were perfectly executed, and I was particularly impressed by the diversity of options at West Bank -- you could definitely stay at the resort for a week and not get bored with your dining options. The cocktails we had in the lounge were quite good as well. I stayed during the spring at a time in between the main activity seasons. In the winter, I imagine that the Four Seasons is the perfect ski-in/ski-out hotel in the area. In the summer, Teton Village has a lot of outdoor concerts, hiking/biking opportunities and activities you can enjoy. While I was there, I had just come from a hectic environment, so I appreciated the serenity, natural beauty and opportunity to unplug for a few days in the off-season. The Four Seasons Jackson Hole is a wonderful hotel, with great design and warm service. It's positioning in Teton Village means that it is a bit far from downtown Jackson, but is ideal for both skiing and summer outdoor adventures. Would absolutely recommend this resort and hope to return soon!

Beautiful hotel and location. As always with Four Seasons exceptional service. Hotel assisted in advance with booking all activities and restaurants (advance reservations are a must). We stayed in a three bedroom residence with kitchen (for packing lunches for hiking) and washer/ dryer (essential for cleaning clothes after muddy hikes). All the same amenities as hotel plus a massive amount of room. Cost was basically the same as two king rooms. Excellent restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Check out Casper Ridge Trail right behind hotel for amazing view of Grand Teton. Perfect place for a summer visit.

Starting with the drop off to the hotel to your experience with the check in, concierge and room service - what makes this place is its people. Igor (the manager at Four Seasons) was amazing and helped us through our entire stay with great care and wonderful hospitality. The location is perfect for those who are skiing or those who want to adventure at Grand Teton national park. The rooms could use a refurbishment, but, they are clean and comfortable. They are what you would expect a ski lodge to feel like. The hotel is also unique in the sense that in the bottom floor of the hotel, they have all the facilities for skiing in and out to the slopes.

We just returned from a week in Jackson Hole. 4 nights spent at the Four Seasons which we loved. We had a lovely Mountain View room, very roomy with fireplace (although we did not use as it was vey warm). We enjoyed hiking different trails on their Mtn. And we enjoyed the pool. Very good service in all areas. We had breakfast one day and dinner once in Westbank, both very good. Drinks and apps in Ascent Lounge. Concierge was helpful with suggestions and answering all questions. So easy to walk all around the village, lots of activities. Music on the common on Sunday night.
