This was our third visit to FSJH, and it remains our very favorite Four Seasons resort! The service is outstanding (includes, front desk, valet, bellman, restaurant waitstaff, ski concierge, housekeeping, etc). The rooms are very well maintained and any request we made was fulfilled with no hesitancy. We love all the amenities. The location is superb and we will continue to visit FSJH again and again. Thank FSJH for another amazing experience!

Amazing stay from start to finish. There are not enough praises to sing for their all-star concierge team. Alison Vitale literally planned my entire trip for me! She was not only kind but diligent and timely getting every detail organized. During my stay she would check in to see how I was doing, make any additional arrangements, and delivered every request I made big or small. People like her and many seasoned Four Seasons employees is why I always make this hotel chain my #1 choice. Yes you pay a premium but every cent is well accounted for. I always feel taken care of and always feel at home when I arrive to any four seasons property! Rooms- large and spacious with the most luxurious bedding! Each room as a private balcony and cozy fireplace. Bathrooms have a separate bath tub and shower. Items are easily obtained by ordering from your in room iPad....shaving gel, tempurpedic pillows, toothbrush, almost anything you can possibly need they provide to you complimentary. They even have their own brand of water bottles! Spa- small but had everything I could ever want. Steam room, sauna, hot tub, shower and my favorite a relaxation lounge with hot tea and snacks. I easily spent a couple hours here relaxing with my feet up and enjoying their selection of fine magazines. Fitness center was top notch they even have Gatorade and a peloton bike! Food- I ordered in room dining every morning for breakfast. Fill out the door hanger form the night before and have a delivery time set. I had mine delivered every morning at 6:30am. They arrived not a minute early and not a minute late EVERY SINGLE DAY! Just wow. Food was outstanding and service was always a pleasure. Loved the green juice! TIP- don’t miss out on this! They have a house car you can loan out for the entire day FREE of charge you don’t even have to put gas in it. It’s first some first serve so request early. I was floored when they pulled up the car....a Mercedes GWAGON!!! I got to feel like a celebrity for the day! Tours- they will always recommend Wildlife Safari tours because they are contracted with them but I preferred Eco Tours way better!! Guide was much friendlier and best part they have vans with an open roof hatch where you can pop your head out when viewing wildlife! The guide also has a mic on so its easy to hear if you are sitting in the back. FYI Yellowstone closes when it snows so book your trip accordingly. Jackson hole you have left a huge dent in my heart! Set in the grand Tetons this property is nature at its finest. It’s a cozy cabin feel. I loved my room so much it was hard to leave. I think my favorite part of my stay besides exploring the national parks was coming back to my room and sitting by my fireplace feeling the warmth of the fire on my feet. 10 stars for my stay here. I’ve been to many four seasons properties and this one is my favorite! I’m already planning my next trip out here after winter when the bears come out of hibernation :)

Didn't Want to Leave

We loved everything about this place, from the service, to the food, to the room, we loved it all. From the moment we pulled up the bellmen were efficient, super friendly, and gracious about the fact we were on a 3-week road trip and looked like we were living out of the trunk of our car. When we mentioned we wanted to go hiking in the area one of them insisted we borrow a can of bear spray, "just in case." It was such a nice touch of service. Upon check-in we were told they'd upgraded us to a suite. It was completely unexpected, and the suite was incredible. It had 1.5 bathrooms (although the main one was so large it should be counted as 2), a bathtub, steam shower, robes, and all the toiletries you'd expect. There was a galley kitchen, dining area, large, comfortable living room, big balcony, two gas fireplaces, office area, good-sized bedroom with comfortable king-sized bed, and so much storage space I thought it would take us an hour upon checkout just to make sure we didn't forget anything. We ordered room service twice, once for dinner and once for breakfast, and the food was delivered by exceptionally friendly staff and hot and delicious (definitely recommend the grilled cheese). Lastly, we were traveling with our dog, and were made to feel incredibly welcome with her. In fact, of all the hotels we stayed in on this trip she seemed most "at home" at the Four Seasons Jackson Hole (which is kind of funny because she was born on the streets of India. Apparently she's developed good taste). Thank you all for making it such a special stay.

My husband and I were at the Four Seasons in Teton Village, Jackson Hole WY. The services was excellent. Highly recommend any time of the year. We live in Jackson Hole, however, since we had late night and early morning meetings we decided to stay where the conference was held. It was an excellent decision, we were pleased with the service and our room was beautiful with a fireplace at the foot of our bed.

decline over five years

Each year I visit I hope for the same, wonderful experience I had 4 and 5 years ago. However, over the previous three years, I’ve experienced a decline in service. I discussed with the front desk last night an issue with the room. The person was polite but didn’t solve the problem nor did she apologize there were fewer supplies in the room than in previous years. There wasn’t a solution other than me purchasing the item provided in the room the prior four years at a location in the resort that was closed at the time. I’m here with a group and will suggest we seek another location for subsequent years.
