We went in the shoulder season, really before summer, but long after winter skiing. The rooms was very nice with a spectacular mountain view. The room service and housekeeping were outstanding. The hotel is in a great location, near Jackson and Grand Teton.

The Four Seasons at Teeton Village was the perfect spot for our 3rd family vacation in the Grand Teetons, Yellowstone, and Jackson Hole. The staff is outstanding and the facility and location is the best. ⁹

The hotel was comfortable and we enjoyed the room with its luxurious bathroom - especially after spending quite some time on the road! But it was the outstanding staff, hands-down, that created made this a 5-star experience. Honestly, every interaction was stellar, from the valet to restaurant, but in particular, we wanted to thank Troy and LaTonya for their assistance and warmth throughout our stay.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting. The staff was outstanding. Very friendly and accommodating. Always smiling and asking if they could help with anything. The room was very nice. This was my second time staying at The Four Seasons in Jackson Hole. Highly recommend.

The resort was great, but the staff, specifically the front desk manager was awful. A bag of souvenirs was taken from my room and when I raised the issue with the hotel they implied we misplaced the bag. We had taken video of the room and the bag was in the video on Saturday night and was missing by Sunday night. Yet the claim we misplaced it, even though we had no reason to leave the room with it. It contained some kids sweatshirts and other souvenirs, nothing worth stealing but possibly thrown out by housekeeping. Either way, we felt violated and the staff had no apology. The randomly sent us a $250 four seasons gift card, but it was besides the point. We didn't care about the money, just wanted them to take ownership and they never did. Very frustrating coming from such a big organization.
