The cabin we had was basic, a log hotel room. It was adequately clean, warm and cozy. Bathroom al worked and hot water was plentiful. Privacy was something of a challenge because our windows all opened up to the wooden walkway which allowed access to all cabins. So closing blinds was necessary if you didn’t want passersby peeking in. The view from the outside walkway was exceptional. Check in and service in general was also adequate. It’s a pretty good location vis a vis the entrance to Denali and not far from dining and other assets.

Average at best.

No fridge, no microwave. Got dropped off at Denali and they forgot to pick me up. It has a nice view and is close to Denali but I would probably look elsewhere. Not horrible but for what I paid I expected more. Had to call them two times to come get me.

While this might sound like a nice place to stay -- it is not! You need to be able walk up many flights of stairs, just to get to your cabin. The cabins are rustic to say the least. There was no hot water, no refigerator (you are given an ice chest, but you have to get the ice). The television does not work, the Wi-Fi does not work, the rooms are very small, and the bathroom sink is in the room. There is no closet, although the room has an old rod where you can hang clothes. The furnature is old. For the price, we were very disappointed.

This hotel has a scenic location overlooking the town of Denali. The individual log cabins were very cute and comfy. We rented the Queen size room and it was a little small but the bed was great. They have an outdoor hot tub that is stellar that you can reserve for one hour. I would pass on the bagged breakfast. It is somewhat of a hike up the stairs to the rooms but they handle all your luggage for you.

Loved the rustic cabins! Private cabins were very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra step to meet our needs. Cabin was clean! We were able to walk to the shops in the canyon easily. We were also able to walk to the visitors center in Denali Park along a very well maintained bike path.
