The room was basic and very dated, but clean. Definitely could use a refresh. Old, old furniture. Bed was fairly comfortable. Pillows were too small. However, the price was cheap. A good bang for the buck. Nice location very close to Bryce Canyon National Park with restaurants and shopping nearby.

Very loud airconditioning
The hotel is situated within 10 minutes drive from the entrance to Bryce Canyon National Park. There is plenty of free parking and the lobby is spacious and clean. The checkin process was slow and the breakfast service was the same. The food itself was not too bad. The reason for the average score is that the room was not properly furnished. The bed side lights did not work and the pillows were half the normal size. The bed was very hard and the air conditioning was extremely loud and turned off and on all night. If you are a light sleeper, this place is not for you.

Inexpensive outdated basic hotel
The room was adequate and clean. I was camping, however, winter storm Aubrey chased me indoors to temps in the low teens. This place is half the price of others this close to Bryce NP. Yes, the staff seemed apathetic. It was clean and warm, although not totally quiet. I could hear the wind whipping outside during the night.
And this hotel is frequented by busloads of foreign tourists, so the crowd noise was apparent at 7 am. The complimentary breakfast was a waste of time other than juice and coffee.

Lodge was basic. Breakfast minimal. Surroundings were all backward. Staff not friendly and desinterested. Had a personal bad experience. My travelagent went bankrupt. Had already paid my travelagent. Asked hotel to hold the booking at the lower rate. They refused. Had to make a new booking. New rate was much higher.

A bit tired and run down. Room clean though so no complaints there. Microwave and fridge which where useful for a one night stay. Included breakfast was fair, available in the big barn like building. Better motels around, BW for instance. Give this one a miss unless budget tight.
