Modern, sleek, CLEAN hotel with the perfect “national park vibe.” Placed perfectly, right between Arches National Park and Downtown Moab. I wish they had more locations!! Everything was so shockingly clean. The decor was “geared” toward hikers and bikers. The outdoor firepit and pool were great touches, as well as the filtered water fill station, gear shop, and cafe restaurant. I WILL be back.

Great REI meets hip motel concept brought to life by the company behind the Airstream Autocamp hotel group.

Solid location on the way into main Moab downtown. Great (firm!) Casper foam mattresses, free lobby coffee, comfortable common spaces and gear shop with camp/outdoor stuff you may have forgotten to pack. Hallways are a little stark/echo'ey.

Nasty Service and Dormitory Atmosphere

Rafael - nasty attitude. (Oct 14 2024) This employee had an attitude that was nasty, curt and disrespectful. I don’t appreciate being treated that way after spending over $250 a night for a hotel in Moab. Even a guest who overheard the conversation looked at me as if to say “wow, did he really talk to you that way?” Room floor was very sandy and no desk except small table. Even the front desk admitted to the sand problem - if it’s a problem clean the rooms better! Your feet will be black from the floor and sand. Also if you’re going to offer free laundry you need more the two washer machines for the entire complex. It’s more like a college dormitory than a hotel

Okay — see my other comments. Great beds. Lots of dog hair. Unclean air filters—we got ill from it. Great bathrooms and electrical access. Overall great front desk support. Door latch was unsecure. Had inadvertently unsecure door three times imes in three days due to malfunction. Was not addressed (room 332). Great access to fresh filtered water and coffee. Nice pool/spa and fire pit.

Great for outdoor enthusiasts

It has a great outdoor gear shop and little cafe which are great. But the room we had was right next to reception, the aircon rattled, and when it was off, we could hear the roar of the aircon for the main reception area. And it got even noisier with all the people up early to go riding, hiking, etc. the pool area and main common room were both good and well used by other patrons. The free coffee in reception all morning was excellent. It had a laundry for guests and it was complimentary which was generous.
