Despite the very high cost (we payed 700 usd per night, high season), the service and cleanliness were shocking. When we arrived, our room was dirty — there were papers on the floor and dirty footprints everywhere. When we brought it up to the staff, they brushed it off, saying, "It's only some papers and footsteps," as if it was no big deal.
Speaking of staff, there were only two people working the entire property, and it showed. Every little thing was an extra charge, including basic services like room cleaning — something you'd expect to be included, especially at these prices.
Overall, it felt like they were more interested in squeezing extra money out of guests than actually providing a quality experience. Definitely would not recommend. Don't be fooled by the cute instagram photos.

Everyone was super friendly and worked hard to help make our stay the best it could be. Glad we chose this property for our stay!

Not worth it

They kindly offer to do so for an extra $30 usd….its just ridiculous. Their excuse…they are not a “regular hotel”….They have a restaurant that is attended by two persons on a hotel that probably hosts 60 families. They offer a “concept” and charge you steep dollar for it…but better off staying in the towns holiday in…really not worth the $

The greatest place I’ve ever stayed. We played games and did scavenger hunts, fun for all ages. Their was live music with an amazing selection of wine and drinks.

Great Stay in March

Loved the AutoCamp. There were airstream as well buy we opted for the cabin. Checkin was easy and the front desk hostess was polite. There are wagons to bring your luggage to your cabin or airstream.
The cabin felt big with a bedroom with a bed and the sofa also converted into a bed. We had a small kitchen with the basic items. Bonus tea and coffee were provided. The bathroom was nice sized with a shower and had plenty of hot water.
The "Kitchen" is not a restaurant, the can heat a few prepared items and beverages. The market has a nice small selection of food item. There is complementary coffee, tea and granola in the mornings.
There are not any restaurants or shops within walking distance of the AutoCamp.
By the lobby there was a large pool and a fire pit. Loved the boot washing station in the lobby building! Great amenity for hikers.
Only wished they would have been more overt on the amenity fee.
