Great Covid Safe Stay
My sister and I stayed here one night based on the price and TA reviews and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Check in was fast and very friendly. We felt the hotel had taken the extra measures to keep all Covid Safe (ie. "Clean" door seals to ensure the room had not been entered once cleaned). The breakfast staff was just as friendly as the check-in staff and they did have made-to -order warm breakfast sandwiches as well as other items in the morning. Check out was also super quick and contactless. We would definitely come back to this hotel in the future.

Experience was ok but definitely was a bit lacking.
Nice room for three. Water pressure in the bathroom sink was very minimal. Found some kind of bug coming in through one of the windows and had to kill two of them. Gym was in the basement next to the indoor pool but was very hot in the room. Hotel gave breakfast daily and the lady who ran it was very friendly and wonderful. Only other issue was our room wasn’t cleaned when the sign had been removed around 1030am.

1). Hotel did not recognize me as a Hilton honors Diamond member at check in.
2) Hotel did not warn us that putting us in a room next to the kitchen meant we would not be able to sleep past 5:00am due to a lot of noise
3) We requested that nobody come in our room during our stay to make the beds due to COVID-19 but they did not listen and sent house cleaning in anyway which moved a lot of our personal items around.
4). This was a rewards stay which should have been no charge but the front counter people charged us $50 with no explanation and no receipt.

Very helpful staff
I usually stay at Hampton Inns, but my recent interaction with the staff at this location took place when I was not a guest. I had stopped at the McDonald's next door on my travels back from WV. When my car wouldn't start, I walked the short distance to the Hampton Inn and the desk clerk promptly got on the walkie. I had three offers of jumper cables from the staff within 30 seconds. Debbie drove her car over to help me jump my car, and I was soon on my way. I have AAA, but the helpfulness and concern of the Hampton Inn staff meant I didn't have to wait. Thank you, Debbie, and to the rest of the staff at this Hampton Inn! They went out of their way to help me, and that's one of the reasons I'll keep staying at Hampton Inns.

Very Friendly Staff, clean hotel
The only thing I found strange with the hotel, was the entrance off the road. As you enter there is a gas station, with a mini mart and Duncan Donuts then as you get a little further there was a McDonalds and then there was the parking area and the hotel. As far as the hotel, they are doing their best during Covid-19. The breakfast was not great because it was a microwaved sandwich but the two women that were helping everyone were very polite and did what they could to help. We found the hotel clean and there were numerous hand sanitizer stations around. We booked rooms for two nights and they were both nice, clean, we did not have one room cleaned while we were there and they left fresh towels in a bag outside the door for us. I observed them cleaning the fitness area, even though I only saw one person use it. A very special thank you and honorable mention to Kerri, the night manager. My son got sick in our car and I needed to clean it up and she was very understanding and provided some cleaners, a garbage bag and rags for me. It would have been a terrible 6 hour ride the next day if I was not able to get the cleaned and sprayed so there would not be a smell. Thank you again.
