Perfect for our family trip with kids. Everything seemed well cleaned. Kids take a bath so we’d notice if it wasn’t clean. The breakfast was excellent! I think it was even better than your average Hampton. Specifically, the breads were fresh and eggs were cooked and seasoned just right. The pool was warm enough. I wish it was a few degrees warmer for the sake of myself and my toddler, but my 6 year old didn’t mind. (I didn’t try asking them to turn it up, I imagine they might have.) Loved having HBO Family as an option for a movie night. I liked having the option to check in and out and use the key on my Hilton app. It worked seamlessly. The decor of the Hotel hallways and carpets is beginning to look dated, but I’m sure Hilton has them slated for a routine renovation at some point. Would definitely stay again.

We booked a suite. Unfortunately, the furnishings in the room were all very old, tired and frankly sparse for the size space. The chair and couch were both worn so when we sat on the furniture, we sank down and it was actually painful to sit for more than 15 minutes. The bed was OK. The bathroom was also “tired”. The bathtub/shower had been poorly re-calked and it was cracking with signs of possible black mold. Breakfast was really limited and the only thing positive was the coffee was pretty good. Unfortunately not the best experience we’ve had with Hilton line of hotels. They need to refresh the rooms.

Great relaxing place to stay when visiting the Shenandoah National Park. My husband and I stayed for three nights and it suited us perfectly. Our room was large and very comfortable and there is plenty of parking. The breakfasts were good and the staff delightful. I would also add that the hotel was very clean in all areas and very well run.

This Hampton is great for a 3 star hotel. Some of the other reviews were making me nervous but it was near perfect. My room was in very good condition. Unlike a lot of Hamptons, maid service is still offered daily. The only downside for me is that there is no hot tub. The location is very convenient for Shenandoah NP and there are lots of dining options nearby. I couldn’t hear the interstate from the south side of the building.

Great location for a one night stay. Room was good size and well appointed. Staff were very helpful, particularly with recommendation for restaurants in the area. Nice breakfast with plenty of choice.
