We enjoyed stay but would have liked better living room TV, separate bedrooms and better kitchen. The shuttle service is great and location is good. Nice package for a cruise. Beds comfortable. Jacuzzi too big.

This was our hotel for 2 nights, as part of our Alaska cruise and land package with Holland America. We arrived by motor coach from Whittier. We were greeted by our contact at Windsong, and given our tour packet, along with our room keys. Bags were already delivered to our door. Needless to say, check in was easy. As was checkout. Everyone we had contact with at the Windsong was great. Our room was clean and comfortable. It looked good, and it smelled good. Everything worked fine. We were in the Timberberry building, 1st floor. A short walk to the main lodge, and a just as short walk to the Resurrection Roadhouse. They run a shuttle bus back and forth to Seward. A couple of stops in town, with one stop at the grocery store. This service worked very well for us. We had a great 2 night visit. I would certainly consider staying again.

We have to let the world know that the staff at the Windsong Lodge in Seward, Alaska are some of the finest people on the planet. Kathy & Mika at the front desk, John & Sam golf cart shuttle drivers / bell staff are just genuinely great people. Waiters like Patrick and and others from whom we did not get names were all attentive and professional. Tell the people you love and those who love to travel this is THE place to stay in Seward. The rooms are nice. Spectacular decks. It has a quiet secluded feel in the woods. The area is beautiful. Staff was courteous and proffessional. Restaraunt was very good. I would stay there again for sure.

Only stayed one night while passing through the area. Room was exceptionally clean and nicely appointed. Lobby would have felt more welcoming if they had a fire going in the fireplace at any time. restaurant not much to talk about, but this was just the beginning of their busy season, so they really were not functioning on all cylinders yet.
