Bowen Motel was a great stop over motel! Clean rooms, comfortable bed and a hot shower! Only downfall is that it is a little loud due to street traffic however, they recognize this issue and provide ear plugs and a cute note! Staff was very accommodating!

I have stayed at Bowen Hotel a few times now and it is my go-to spot for overnight trips in Moab. Love the pool, it is basic but never busy and they provide pool towels. The rooms are comfortable and clean and I love the location! Right in down town Moab within great walking distance to some of my favorite restaurants and shops. Also within walking distance to the city park, which is wonderful for young kids. Great parking, great staff. They do close their office at 10:00 pm now and if you have not checked in they will call you to tell you to hurry up before they close their office. Which is both wonderful and obnoxious. Can feel like your travel plans are confined to the hotels convenience rather than having the flexibility of your own plans. At the same time, excellent customer service to ensure you know their check in restrictions and don't get left in the dark. I would have been much more annoyed if I had not gotten the call and shown up after closing hours without a warning. So overall, thanks for the call! Only feedback for the hotel is as follows: Have better communication between the office and housekeeping. We booked for two nights, but each night separately. One night was booked by my work, and then we wanted to stay an additional night so we booked the second night. When I checked in, I asked if we could just stay in the same room for both nights and not have to relocate to a new room. They made the adjustments on the computer and assured us that would be just fine. Next day, after our first night, in the afternoon when we were letting our toddler nap, we had the "do not disturb" sign posted. Despite this, we still got a loud, disturbing knock on our door from housekeeping, waking our toddler. When we dashed to the door we said we did not want housekeeping, and the employee, clearly not realizing we were staying in the same room for another night, asked us if we wanted to stay another night? We said we are staying another night and he looked confused. Not a big deal but what is the point in having a "do not disturb" sign if it is not payed attention to? Better communication between departments would have been nice. This does not, in any way, affect my desire to stay at Bowen again in the future. Bowen will remain my go-to spot and it is where I recommend anyone go to stay when they visit Moab.

House was set up perfectly for couples. Each bedroom had it's own attached bath! Beds were very comfortable, endless hot water, only complaint was that the clothes dryer didn't work very well. I told them on our departure and they stated they would address it.

Clean Motel and close to everything we needed downtown. The owners were kind enough to UPS our Sonic Care which we had forgotten for free of charge. We usually stay in Hotels but our stay here made us begin to question this choice.

Always a great place to stay

Have stayed at Bowen Motel many times. Always clean, spacious, easy check-in, near all favorite in-town places, easy access to Arches National Park (by vehicle), breakfast close by, bike shops near, & the Colorado river not too far either. Really appreciate bike washing station!!
