The setting and accommodations -- from the lobby, restaurant, pool, outdoor seating areas and individual tents -- were spectacular and unique. They have managed to perfectly combine nature and outdoors with luxury, comfort and relaxation. But the staff is the icing on the cake! Jimi and her team are fantastic. They are friendly, authentic, accommodating, attentive but not over-the-top. It truly seems like they love their jobs and their company. I will highly recommend ULUM to my friends and family. Great experience!

I was with girlfriends and we had the trip of a lifetime. Morning yoga, Onsight hiking, and proximity to Arches is unmatched.
My first clamping experience. Was the best!

The tent comfortable with heating and cooler. Black make up towel and Aesop soaps a HUGE plus! definitely do an ulum again. It was about 30 miles out town though.
Expect clamping

Star lit night, one of the arches in full few, clear crisp air, and still sated by the fantastic meal ($180 for 2) served last night. Why am I sitting outside at 5:30 in the morning? Because my tent is full of smoke from a poorly designed draft system for the tent's wood burning stove. (Also lacking, a light in the bathroom). I did enjoy the sounds of children frolicking, screaming, and laughing into the late evening.; reminding me of family camps in my younger years. The bed, staff and food are all excellent. For $200-$300 a night I would rate Ulum a 5 star; but, for $900 a night I expect more. There is no way this resort (clamp) can be rated better than Amangiri as Utah's #1 resort. As long as you're expecting an overpriced family clamping experience (and not a resort) this is your place.

Very comfortable tents with hot water and an amazing view.
I would, however, suggest for the improvement of hiking trails around the property for morning hikes or such. Food is good but the box lunches can slightly improve slightly.
