Great place to relax! Unfortunately, we visited during the wildfires and didn't get to explore too much, but will definitely be coming back! It seemed like a really great place for couples or families, with lots of amenities on site. There are great hikes within close distance and it's not too far to South Yosemite. The cabins were awesome - very spacious and private. Loved it!

Ducey’s, pizza place and Mexican food was delicious. We loved it so much we are going back in December. The Marina boating is opened Year around. It’s the perfect get away.

We had a very clean cabin. Upstairs is the kitchen, living room, fireplace, and outside private balcony. Downstairs is the bathroom with a bedroom. It was less than a 30 min drive to Yosemite's South Gate Entrance and about an hour to the Valley floor. We are already planning another stay at the Pines Resort. Loved it!

The Pines was awesome. We just got back home from 3 nights and had a great experience. We stayed in a chalet and lucked out to get one with a fire place/wood stove. The chalet's are situated in a really great way - little winding streets that rise up the hill, allowing for a cute neighborhood feel and privacy. Big plusses were: friendly and helpful staff, full kitchen, super hot water, great climate control, cute wood stove (Duraflame only), beds were comfortable, deck had a lake view, a barbeque for grilling and a cute little loft area above the living room which would be super fun for kids. Although the chalet's are like a duplex and share a wall and you can hear your neighbors while upstairs (loud kids, etc.) the bedrooms are positioned in such a way that you can easily sleep and you don't hear the neighbors. They have a full grocery store on the property with basically everything you could need, a good restaurant if you don't want to cook and it's all situated on the lake. We also rented a pontoon boat and kayak from the place next door which was fun. Note: if you have Sprint or T-Mobile don't plan on having cell reception but the WiFi was great. Overall, service was great, people were friendly and we area already planning another trip back.

We spent 3 days hiking around Bass Lake and had a wonderful stay at Pines Resort. Clean, safe, uses masks, practices social distancing, very helpful, and nice. Love the chalets. Will definitely go back. Excellent burgers at the grill too!
