A Perfect Stay
From my first contact with the Pine Lodge after making my reservation through Hotels.com their exceptional customer service began. Meeting me from my early morning train, having my room ready for me way ahead of check in time, and then after a short recuperation taking me in the shuttle to the slopes. (Not forgetting a great welcome gift thoughtfully containing a smart coffee mug, and hand warmers.)
Breakfast was even offered to me on my first day.
My room had a fridge, a microwave, and nice toiletries, and a really comfortable bed. All I could possibly ask. As well the hotel shuttle the Snow Bus stops outside for the mountain and the Mountain Mall. Doug and Chris drive the shuttles and are great company.
After this year this was wonderful Montana hospitality. Breakfast is basic (due to Covid) but still offered in to go bags and for me perfectly adequate. Thank you very much to all at the Pine Lodge, you absolutely made my stay.

Couple's Ski Trip to Whitefish
My husband and I had a fantastic stay at The Pine Lodge for four nights last week. We stayed in a king size room, overlooking the pool area and river. The staff was exceptionally polite and helpful. There were plug-ins in the parking lot that were accessible for our vehicle to plug in. The ski room in the lobby was secure and convenient for our skis and poles, so that we didn't have to carry them upstairs with us. There is also a table for adjusting bindings and boot dryers for use. The table has screwdrivers and pliers attached, and we brought our own wax and iron. Our room was clean and updated. Breakfast was bagged (thanks, Covid...) but plenty of it. Coffee and hot water were available from the desk staff. The pool was indoor/outdoor, hot tub outdoor, and both were very clean. The pool was VERY warm, and the hot tub was hot. We really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub in the evenings after a long day of skiing. The game room downstairs was also great. There was a pool table, shuffleboard table, a seating area, and another seating area with couches and TV.
Would absolutely recommend, and will be coming back next year! The hotel is in a convenient and safe location as well. The only thing we would have preferred would have been the game room to be open later (closes at 10pm). Thanks again for an awesome stay!

We stayed for 5 nights with our 2 teenage boys. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The property is clean and safe. It's a 10 minute walk to a lovely downtown, so the location is great. They offer free airport shuttle and also a free van to/from the ski mountain. There is limited space on the ski van, but it filled up only once on our visit, so we just hopped on the free S.N.O.W bus that picks up and drops off right outside the hotel. It is VERY convenient for ski transportation and allowed my kids to leave the mountain early and head back to the hotel on their own schedule. They have a room to store skiis and even have ski boot dryers. There is also a nice game room in the basement (great for teens), indoor/outdoor pool and outdoor hot tub. And free laundry, which I didn't realize until we arrived or I would have packed less. Breakfast is currently a bag that includes a granola bar, muffin, oatmeal, banana and fruit cup; plenty to fill you up. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again if we come to town again.

Comfortable and affordable
We stayed here a total of 4 nights. We originally booked 3 nights and ended up coming back for another night at the end of our vacation we were so pleased with the Pine Lodge. Great location with access to the river walk, lots of amenities available and outdoor activities (which we didn’t take advantage of since it was raining/snowing). Couple minute drive to any restaurants downtown. Half hour drive to Glacier Natl Park / Flathead Natl Forest. Definitely recommend. Staff was kind and helpful

Close to town and a good value
It's not the fanciest place to stay, but it certainly met our needs. Our room was overlooking the river and the balcony was good sized. They offer you a to-go style breakfast right now during Covid but it was tasty enough with a decent selection. The room was standard but clean. It could have used a table and a couple chairs on the interior just for another sitting area but overall it was a good place to stay and very close to downtown Whitefish. There is a walking path right behind the hotel too which is nice and peaceful.
