Overall, the Grouse Mountain Lodge is a very nice hotel and probably excellent during the summer. Our room was clean and comfy, and the food in the restaurant was delicious for the most part. The focaccia and confit were both out of this world, but our desert was rather disappointing.

I flew over 2700 Miles to see Montana, and Glacier National Park; and I wasn't disappointed. The Staff at Grouse Mtn lodge were all very professional, pleasant, respectable, and were always eager to help. I would be happy to stay with them again.

I have stayed at Grouse Mnt. a number of times I go to White fish for business. So on September 23, I booked a room online for one night on Oct. 9, depart on the 10th. A few days later my trip was canceled. my business appt. was changed. So on the 27th I called to cancel the reservation. I was told there would be a thirty dollars cancelation fee. even though I canceled two weeks in advance and 4 days after I made the reservation. There is no mention on the booking website about a ancellation fee. unless you go the the very botom of the page in very fine print and click on terms and conditions there you will find alot of double talk and maybe if you were a lawyer you might be able to figure out what it all means. So "Buyer Beware" they have lost my business I won't be stay there anymore.

Very ordinary, not memorable, could not recommend ,would not return, We enjoyed visiting Whitefish and if we return we would stay at another hotel

We live 30 minutes away but came for a weekend get away 100% will do again such a great lodge to just relax and be so close to downtown dining and stores.
