Nice room, but a few problems

The housekeeping was poor. We chose to do the Green Choice to help the environment, but after doing this our shampoo, soap, towels and bath mats were not all replenished. Had to go to the front desk to get extras. Didn't worry about bath mats that they did not replace. They didn't know how to treat our own pillows that we brought. One time found them on the floor. However, I have to say....The staff was pleasant. The room itself was nice and they were truly helpful when trying to solve our complaints. We liked the location and the nice view of the golf course in the winter.

Rooms were nice (a touch dated, but clean), staff were great. Hot tub wasn't functioning one morning, and the room keys tended to demagnetize so it required frequent trips to the front desk. The staff was great however, so this wasn't so bad.

My little brother got married at this lodge and the food and service was unbelievable!! Thanks to the event coordinator Tyler! What a great spot for the venue. Couldn’t be happier with the service and rooms

This is a nice place with a friendly staff and its a good deal! (The housekeeping could have vacuumed better but I am OCD) I had a good time on New Year's Eve it's very convenient with the shuttle service taking you to and from town thanks!

Great service, average amenities, too noisy to sleep

Stayed in Whitefish for New Year's, R&R and skiing Big Mountain. Great location and warm "lodge"-style common areas. Staff was super friendly and genuinely attentive to our enjoyment experience. Rooms and halls are a bit tired and walls are thin, so sleep is repeatedly disturbed through the night. Do not expect luxury accommodation but it's worth a $100/night.
