This place was everything you’d want while visiting Jackson Hole, Clean, comfortable, reasonably priced, walking distance to everything in town, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly, the breakfast in the morning was wonderful, and the pool was refreshing, especially for a family of 5!

Nice place to stay, high prices in high season

We ended up here on a blind purchase deal from Hotwire and were very happy. The first thing to say is that staying anywhere in Jackson will cost you out of proportion for the quality or amenities of the hotel especially in high season. With 5 of us, we lucked out getting a good deal on a 3 queen room (one is in a loft). Room was a good size, but the bathroom is tiny. Beds are comfortable enough and no real road noise. Kitchenette and a balcony add to the value and you get breakfast with the stay. Very pretty lobby with wood and stone everywhere, but as my wife said, it looks like they retrofitted and remodeled an older motel and built a really nice lobby for it. Pool was a bone of contention for my 9 year old as they mean it when they say it closes at 10 pm. They lock the door and have people leave. She was crushed but we pointed out she could wake up early, eat breakfast in her bathing suit, and get in the pool as soon as it opened at 8 am.

Great service, a good breakfast included and large rooms. The bathroom was tiny though. We enjoyed this hotel and the indoor/outdoor pool was great as I like shade and my friend likes the sun. The location was good in the town centre close to shops and restaurants and ski resorts. We stayed here to explore Grand Teton National Park nearby. I do recommend it. We loved the town of Jackson too with great restaurants, compared to the Yellowstone restaurants.

Nice central hotel, our room needed an update.

The room we were allocated was a standard room on the ground floor across the car park from the hotel. It was large, with two queen beds and clean but dark and dull. Not sure if it was a room where pets were allowed but it needed some fresh air as it smelt a little stale and needed a facelift. The hotel lobby was very nice as was the breakfast room. We should have heeded a previous review and not arrived at peak time as there was initially nowhere to sit with very few tables. One did become free and the breakfast was very nice. The hotel is within walking distance to a brewery, shops and local restaurants in Jackson.

Very Nice

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and modern. The free breakfast was very good. It had a wide variety of dishes to select from. There is plenty of parking. They have a well equipped fitness room, and beautiful indoor/outdoor swimming pool.
