This hotel is very deceiving online. When you drive up to the office and enter the main Lobby area it is a beautiful stone building that is nicely appointed. You get the first impression that it is a very nice place however our room was in another building and it is a very old hotel with tiny bathrooms, old furniture. The room smelled very old and all accommodations were out dated. For the amount we had to spend for one night it was disappointing in the quality we got. I cannot recommend this place!!

Awesome place to stay

Great place to stay! We loved our stay here. The only downfall was we only had one night here. Pool was so nice after a long day at Yellowstone. Staff was very efficient and friendly. Breakfast was one of the best we have had at a hotel! We walked to the center of town about 5-10 minutes. Overall 10/10!!!

Enjoyed our stay!

Having never been to Jackson Hole I had no idea the town or what area to reserve. I booked this due to reasonable rate and proximity to the Square. We rented the 3 bed which had one in a loft area. This was perfect doe to it being 4,adults for 7 nights. Lots of luggage and stuff!! Only negative is the bathroom area. VERY small and cannot close off. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast wasn’t bad. WiFi didn’t work in our area.

Very good stay

We stayed in double room. Reasonable priced. Clean. Parking was little limited. Heated pool was a nice plus. Breakfast was ok. Cookies were definitely a treat in the evening. Wonderful staff. Would stay here again. Little hard walk to downtown area in winter but not a problem in warmer weather.

I Hate to Say How Good It Was!

Would love to keep this place secret, so we can find rooms and afford them, but they were too good not to give credit. We have stayed at the older part of the hotel for years and it is totally acceptable for location and price, but this year most of us stayed in the new building, and WOW!. It is way above Hampton standards or other mid range chains. The staff is friendly and great with a good breakfast and constant cleaning. This is an excellent hotel and we spend 50% of our nights in a hotel somewhere.
