We Must Have Been Here On The Wrong Weekend!
First of all, this place is old. Even though it looks "nice" on the surface-once you're in the room and can hear every word that is said outside by people who are waiting for the elevator.....not good! Don't stay in room-1042-avoid it at all costs! The latch to the sliding glass door was missing-called the front desk-maintenance came in, looked at it and said, "I'll be back with another one". He never came back-at 9:00 p.m., I'm told there is no possibility of securing that door for the night, "but don't worry, it's safe here." Only half the jets in the tub worked. To top it all off-we were told we could NOT be moved to another room because they were 100% booked? What? How can a hotel be 100% booked IF the covid-19 guidelines are being followed? 100% occupancy did explain why we never got any peace and quiet in that room until about 1:30 am. AND there was no manager on duty to talk with us and address our concerns. I cannot understand why our stay was not optimal, especially after reading some of the previous reviews but I can tell you that we will stay at the Holiday Inn down the street next time. Their view of the water and London Bridge seems to be comparable-and they are ranked higher in the Trip Advisor rankings.
While I enjoy writing happy reviews, unfortunately, this was one of our worst stays ever! We paid the entire bill for our stay and to this day-we have not been contacted by management to further discuss our concerns.

Outstanding fun during Covid
This resort was top notch! Everyone was extremely friendly. Everyone went out of their way to make your stay wonderful. Practicing social procedures during COVID-19 was perfect.

Best location in Havasu for a great stay
We had a 2 bd/2 ba room with upstairs deck looking over the bridge and channel. Since during pandemic, masks required in public areas and most people followed the rules. Nice to see hand sanitizer and signs by all entrances and plexiglass at check-in. We were told which pool areas were open or closed and got a great discount card to use for dining or take out.
There was no Kokomos nightclub going with music until 2am, so was pleasantly quiet for us to sleep in a very comfortable bed and wake up looking out at the bridge and channel. Room was upgraded and clean - a few items missing from the kitchen but a call to the front desk and received the items quickly. AC worked great as it was 110 outside. I did note cleaning crew one morning and they all had facemasks on.
Pools looked cool and inviting but we didn't use as we had boat docked there and were on the lake every day. Did see security out checking boats paid docking fees on the weekend evenings, but felt safe to park there.
We've been coming for 30 years and love staying here as owners.

Always a pleasure to stay here. Even if it was 115 degrees. Many amenities were closed due to Covid19. At least the pool was open. Lovely walk along the lake trails. took the boat to the Havasu Landing Casino because we wanted to see the remodel.The boat ride is always fun.

This resort may be a great place to go and visit when there is not a worldwide pandemic happening. But if you want to follow CDC guidelines, stay away.
The suite we had was in fact, a one bedroom apartment. That was cool. It was not clean and had to have hotel staff into clean it. That is when things turned very south for us.
No one on the staff of this hotel wore facemasks. No one. When we asked to speak to the manager none was on-site; our phone call to her was not returned.
Won't be back.
