We stayed for a week and really enjoyed aspects of our time at London Bridge resort. Our room was on the third floor with beautiful views of the bridge and sunset skies . Our room was clean and the kitchen was adequate. The grounds were nicely maintained. We had a fabulous day trip to Oatman which I would highly recommend. We had been warned that if we wanted a view room there would be noise at night from the bar. The option was the view of a gravel parking lot and the back of a McDonald's restaurant. We figured "how noisy can it be". We arrived on a Friday and the music was so loud until after midnight that we couldn't talk inside with the doors closed and the beds were vibrating. The music played on Friday and Saturday was tech rock. The interesting thing was on Saturday night my husband went down to the bar and there was virtually no one there. Every other night the music went until after 12:00 but was not the tech rock. The primary requirement that most people have when staying at a resort is to get a good nights sleep. The rooms in half of the resort facing the views will not get a good night sleep. This resort is clearly designed to cater to the partying youth. I would not recommend for families or anyone wanting to sleep before 12-1:00 at night. This is obviously the business model that that the resort had chosen and must work for them as we were not the only people expressing concerns about the intolerable music which started at noon and just got louder as the day progressed.

We were excited to visit The London Bridge Resort as part of our retirement trip through Arizona. This was the last stop and worst on our journey! Check in was short and sweet, no offer to help with luggage despite young looking employee standing in wait. Room was not cleaned properly. Garbage along master bed, rat or bat ? droppings on outside patio, disgusting brown stain on washcloth in bathroom and hair in drawer. I immediately brought this to the attention of the front desk. The maid came in and cleaned up garbage and vacuumed, but didn’t clean up patio as requested. She said the droppings were from bats and they lived under the eves of the resort and bridge. Yikes! The next morning I tried to get water out of the machine without luck, dispenser was empty by front desk so I ask if I could get a couple bottles of water. Nope, they don’t offer this to guests. We checked out a day early since at $300 a night, this place is a total rip off!

Definitely would go back!

Amazing experience. Every staff member we encountered were so helpful and happy to help. We never experienced any negativity. This is one of the nicest, cleanest resorts we have stayed at. The restaurants didn't disappoint. Such a fun place.

Incredibly disappointed in the hospitality at the London Bridge Resort. My family and I booked a last-minute trip to my husband's hometown of Lake Havasu. Before we arrived, we had spoken to the front desk about being able to be provided cribs for our 11-month-old twins. We were told they would be able to accommodate us. Upon arrival we were told that we could only have one crib per room due to safety and fire hazard. We clearly knew we have two babies, so we purchased a suite (2 bedrooms, plus the kitchen and living room) to make sure we would have enough room. Despite having a suite, the front desk RESFUSED to give us two cribs. It wasn't that they were out of cribs, they refused to provide two. I believe the boy's name was Brennan. I understand if that is a rule for a standard size room due to "tripping" hazard for fire safety, but we had well enough space for two cribs. I did not understand where the common sense was. I could pull out the sofa to be a bed, but we were not going to do that because we needed room for two cribs. As a front desk, you expect me to put two babies in one crib that would have a higher possibility of suffocation than a potential tripping hazard. When asked if there was someone higher up, I could speak to I was told to contact the manager. After calling the manager there was no answer and I was told by Brennan that she will respond the next business day. That clearly doesn't help the situation at hand. Upon my frustration and lack of hospitality, we left the resort and was able to be accommodated by a neighboring hotel. Once again, I am beyond frustrated with our experience and advice anyone who has twins, or family/friends of twins to NOT give your money the London Bridge Resort.

THE ROOMS THEY HAD GIVEN US INTIALLY WAS VERY RUN DOWN. later they upgraded and gave a better room. We were travelling with a service dog, who is trained to wee wee outside or on a wee pad, so whenever the dog requested , it could be 3am or 5am , one of us got up to take her out as their cameras should show but they charged us $300 saying that they found feces in the room. This was done day after we left. We checked the room floors before we left and there was nothing . So be warned and make them do a walk thru and release before you leave the property if you are travelling with a service animal. Overall had a good visit except for being slapped with this steep fee and given a run down room for the start of our visit.
