I had a very disappointing experience with making a reservation at this hotel and would never return or recommend it to anyone. Our one-week vacation to Alaska was canceled due to flight disruptions caused by the CrowdStrike outage. I reached out to the hotel four days before check-in to request a free cancellation, but they refused. I had 15+ other reservations with various hotels, cruises, guided tours, and tour packages across multiple cities. Every one of them understood the situation and issued a full refund. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue and providing all necessary details, Denali Park Hotel did not honor my request. I will never book with them again and do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

A comfortable stay near Denali National Park, Alaska. Jorge welcomed us in the charming railroad car lobby, and quickly checked us in to our cabin. A clean, and serviceable space with two comfortable beds, TV, and nicely treed all around. Thank you for a great stay!

No moose, and but a comfortable, well-furnished room, close to the park and close to a supermarket-cum-hardware-store-cum-sporting-goods-store with a pizza place. And an added benefit is you get to marvel at the scenery driving back and forth to the park.

Really simple, old school motel - there is nothing else on the property or even visible; right off the highway but still remote. Room was clean - bathroom is tight and very low shower heads. It meets the basic necessities for an overnight - a bit pricey for what you get but location and demand probably factor into that.

We spent 4 nights here. Booked last year so got last year's rate! Didn't want to pay $350+ a night at a resort. And it was full every night. Nothing fancy but room was clean, beds were comfortable, had a hot shower and flat screen tv. Room had a microwave, refrigerator and coffee pot. Location is about 5 minutes to Healy which has a grocery/gas station. Beautiful drive to Denali National Park from hotel. Enjoyed sitting out in the evening on bench in front of room. We were told hotel had been sold and under new management. They were going to make some big improvements. Shout out to Leslie in the office. We checked out early morning. Got a call 2 1/2 hours away in Fairbanks. I left some things in the room and made arrangements with Leslie to take care of it. I'm guessing cleaning staff found it. So grateful that they gave me a call.
