Out of our 7 day trip this was our favorite place that we stayed. Wished we could have stayed longer. The ranch is so cozy and welcoming! It has sheep and goats and a couple cats, plus turkeys that sleep in the trees! The River access was amazing and so fun to explore. We stayed in a room that has 2 full beds PLUS 2 twin beds just for our family of 4. If you’re going to explore the Sequoias I highly recommend this place to enjoy more nature.

We found the front desk staff to be very friendly and helpful. Turtle (the cat) is great. The location is near Sequoia National Park as well as a grocery store, coffee shop, and some restaurants. I appreciated the location and the price (for this area). They don't offer breakfast, but you don't have to drive far for it. I would highly recommend checking out Kaweah Coffee and the Village Market. We found the bed to be fairly uncomfortable. There was a space heater to heat the room, which wasn't ideal. I could get my wheelchair into the bathroom to get to the toilet, just barely. This might not work well for other wheelchair users. In fairness, the person I spoke with to make the reservation disclosed that the room is not fully accessible. There's a bathtub, which made me happy. All in all, I considered it a toss up. I would consider staying here again, but my partner would not.

Beautiful and convenient location near Sequoia NP. There are amazing views of mountains and lake (which was really a swollen river). The cottage and everything we needed including a kitchen. The only downside was the pool as green and full of algae.

We had a great two-night stay here. It’s a family run place which has been around for many decades. I saw older reviews about poor housekeeping but that was not our experience. It has a pool. Room and bathroom were clean. The staff were very pleasant. Pet friendly. Close to the park. Wi-Fi was fine in our room. AC worked well. Hot water was plentiful. It’s comfortable enough that several groups of people sat outside at night listening to the sounds and watching the stars. There is river access if you want to walk down. We would definitely stay again.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We booked a basic, no frills room (queen bed) so no hair dryer. There was in room coffee service. The staff (owner) kindly supplied the coffee we needed for our stay. The room was clean, comfortable and very reasonably priced. A great value.
