This is a wonderful glamping experience. Great for families with kids of all ages. The hotel is near lots of great hiking trails and sights to see. A wonderful family vacation. Service was excellent with friendly staff.

Come just to see the stars! Viewing the Milky Way with your naked eyes is incredible, and it makes me realize how much we've lost by living in cities. Under Canvas provides eco-friendly lodgings and meals in an unforgettable environment.

Our stay at Under Canvas Lake Powell was enjoyable, peaceful, and memorable. The staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, and kind. The tent and campgrounds were excellent; everything was clean and exactly as expected given the location we chose. The photos we took were beautiful, I highly suggest visiting Horseshoe Bend. At night we sat on our porch and enjoyed the star lit skies for hours, overall, an amazing experience.

We received a gift certificate for Under Canvas and made a special trip to use it. We picked Lake Powell - Grand Staircase because we haven't seen this part of Utah and Arizona. Our family of 6 (plus dog) travelled over Labor Day weekend and spent 3 nights at Under Canvas - Lake Powell. We had a suite tent and a kids tent on the side. The scenery was magnificent and very unique. The days were hot but the nights got perfectly cool and we sat out and roasted s'mores by the fire and looked up at the stars every evening. We really felt unplugged from our daily routines. The breakfast and dinner menus offered a variety of items, and all the food was delicious. There were a lot of activities to do during the day like boating, swimming, hiking and going on scenic drives, and it was always nice to get back to Under Canvas at the end of each day and unwind.

A once in a lifetime experience (that I hope to have many more times!!). Do yourself a favor and just go!
