Our room was spacious and clean. Our bed was comfortable. The bathroom had all the amenities we needed. We did not have the complimentary breakfast but it smelled delicious. We totally enjoyed meeting their number one greeted, their cat! I believe his name is Douglas and it was a delight to interact with him during check in/out. His non acknowledgement of us was adorable. It was refreshing to see a "touch of home" at this place. I recommend this place for the convenience and reminder of our pets!

A huge room, with kitchen and two sofas..loved the extra space to stretch out after being on a plane. 3. How close it is to town, without being in town. A few drawbacks1. Breakfast…not envy options. No meat? Need protein for hiking, 2 it needs updating. It’s still in 1978. 3. Need more staff, we waited in line with only two people in front of us, 15min to check in. I was tired, and it felt like eternity.

Breakfast is typical hotel continental faire. Pet-friendly, so if you are not, then you probably will not want to stay here. We checked in late Saturday of Labor Day weekend with no problems. Rooms are older but the hotel is kept up; no foul odors or stains. Bathroom relatively clean. Some hair in shower, but I find this even in 5 star hotels. Basic amenities in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable but small. We literally slept and left again. Price was very high but expected for the location and holiday weekend. We would stay again.

The breakfast was sparse, but the people at super 8 said all they are required to provide is a very minimal breakfast. They do have waffle makers, but otherwise no hot food. The hotel is quiet, even though it was full
I’d probably stay here again - this is one of the top 2 choices for port angeles.
BTW - try chestnut cottage for breakfast
