Expensive horse stall
I have never been so overcharged and so underserved. What exactly was the $21. Service charge for? The toilet paper, the noisy air conditioner, the WiFi that cuts off after 9 PM? I could go on. I will never stay here again and would never recommend.

Terrible customer service. Bring your own steamer/iron.
Horrible customer service by the front desk. Make sure to bring your own iron/steamer they only have 1 available for the entire property and a wedding had it when I needed it for a wedding. The beds are comfortable.

Six hundred dollars for Mote l6
Actually Motel 6 may be better. They gave parking. I have traveled all over the world and stayed in everything from hostels to Relais Chateaux properties and never has a place been so misrepresented. Trip Advisor you failed me on this one. 1. There are only about 20 parking spaces for all guests to fight over. 2. There is no valet so you are left to try and find parking in a busy town on a busy street. The downstair patio space lines up approximately 5 feet from car bumpers with those 20 spaces. The upstairs either has none or you are left to negotiate your way around the cleaning carts. 3. The walls are as thin as paper and we heard every footfall and word of the guests above us.4. The beds have a cool looking blanket and nice colored deep blue paint but that is it.. No drinking water in the rooms. No coffee maker, If you are tall your head will hit the fan in the middle of the room. 5. When we went to get coffee the morning we left the gal behind the desk was making out with her boyfriend. We did not bother them. Basically this place is a joke! There are many other far better options in Jackson to consider. Ouch! Still hurts that I wasted money on this dive.

Elephants clunking about upstairs
Sittin her listening to every single move of the couple staying above us.
This place has nothing going for it but a cute little tiny lobby. Parking is horrible and yesterday I heard the person at the desk tell guests they should try and find a place on the city street. There is no restaurant. No place to go outside and enjoy the evening. My husband is sitting outside almost in the parking lot facing trash cans and a giant laundry bin. There is no bottled water in the rooms. Would never come back here again. If you want a treat and a beautiful property go right down the street to Rustic Inn. Absolutely gorgeous property, fire bits to sit by a creek runs through it. Spacious and lovely

Overpriced with horrible customer service
Arrived at the hotel after a day of camping and hiking excited for a shower, got there an hour before check in and they said our room wasn't ready. Fine, we were early so we wait in the lobby for an hour when it's check in time they don't even call us up after knowing we waited the whole time. When we get to the front of the line our room is still not ready, so they move us to another room, but they couldn't have done that an hour earlier? The room was clean and nice though the second floor hallway banister was rotted and in general not in great shape. For paying 400 bucks for one night it was NOT worth it. Upon checking out the front desk staff didn't exchange one word to be and I asked for coffee and they still didn't acknowledge me at all. I never encountered such rude hotel staff in my life. Looks hip but isn't a worthwhile stay go somewhere else in Jackson Hole.
