We staying in an upstairs "bigger" room for an upgrade fee, which I'm glad we paid for because they did not have dressers and my cousin and I had to live out of our suitcases. They have a tiny "closet" area with a few hanger, not ideal for a girls trip, very small vanity so we were crammed when getting ready to go out as the full body mirror is next to the vanity.... When staying there our heater malfunctioned and fortunately the front desk staff, Lizzy, was able to provide 2 space heaters to keep us warm. Secondly the room did not have a microwave, which we were aware but... we had to walk across the alley around the building to get to the lobby to have the front desk heat up our food/ leftovers.
We loved the asthetics, super cute but would not recommend for a girls trip. Location was perfect, we were a 5/10 minute walk from the everything.

Excellent hotel with great location

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and comfortable. This is our second time visiting and will always be our first choice.

The complimentary coffee in the morning was also a nice touch! Whether you’re driving or flying in, I couldn’t recommend this place anymore! Usually only stay in Hilton hotels but this place is just as good if not better!

I will never go back there

Represented as renovated?
When? Poorly light at night on property. No room safes.
Barely hot water for showering. Never did get TV service for my 2 night stay?!
I will never go back nor will I recommend.

Location & Staff make for Overall GREAT Experience

Clean and cozy rooms for a reasonable price- 10 out of 10. Hot chocolate and nice selection of board games and books in the well-appointed lobby made for relaxing downtime. Can wait to return the week of Christmas!
